We have purchased our real tree from Real Christmas Trees for many years and we have always had fabulous trees and brilliant pick up and delivery services.

Not a great experience. Ordered a Douglas fir tree which was not a great tree, very dry and broken branches. Contacted them and they agreed some of the trees in that batch were below par. So they agreed to replace. Replacement was damaged in transit so no delivery made after waiting that day. Replacement was delivered and was a different kind of tree than originally ordered. It was a nice tree though. Staff helpful but a lot more hassle than I’d expect.

I received my amazing tree earlier this season & I have been purchasing my tree's for years from this company and the service, quality and delivery experience is always 10/10.

Appalling customer service, days late with delivery and tree arrived with ‘C’ shaped trunk so couldn’t stand upright. The trees do not look like their online fake images. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the first year we have used this service and I cant recommend the company enough. To then donate $20 to Alfred Hospital is simply awesome

Had my Christmas tree delivered today, it was nicely cut, very beautiful tree, I receive exactly the tree that was described online. I had a few issue with my delivery date call the company spoke with Jeremy, he managed to get the tree delivered early very pleasant to deal with, i will be coming back again next year.

Best Christmas trees! Always a nice & full traditional shape and super fresh. Delivered fast and easy, and we always select to have the driver install the tree so there’s literally nothing we need to do except to water and decorate! Ours will last the whole month of December and into January when kept watered. Can’t beat the smell of a *real* Christmas tree!

The delivery was perfect - I was grateful for the text you sent me this morning with the tracking details, and the tree arrived on time and in very good shape. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to buy my trees from you in future, as I've always been happy with the service you offer.

Great experience from beginning to end! Beautiful fragrant green trees and lovely customer service with seamless installation and removal. Will be getting my trees from these guys next year for sure!

If you order a Christmas tree with a stand, they do a superb job, let you know the delivery time in advance and keep you updated. If however you order a tree without a stand, expect no communication, no customer service, no delivery time allocation, oh apologies did get a notification on the day at 5pm saying it would be delivered at midnight. You will only discover your tree has been delivered when you open the front door to leave your home, cranky you took the day off work to await arrival of your tree, to discover the 8 foot tree you ordered is wedged up against your front door and you can't get out your house. Not impressed one bit, provided feedback and received no response.

Excellent customer service after so many years and the quality of the trees are fantastic. Easily purchased online and delivered on my chosen day. The tree arrived fresh lasting right past Christmas day and after all I do is place the tree outdoors and it is collected.

Very impressed with the quality of our 8foot tree, especially for the reasonable price point. It’s almost like it’s still live, it was so fresh on arrival. I was sceptical about having someone select & deliver my tree, sight unseen, as I would normally want to do that myself.but Team Reals carefully chose a perfect tree, and left it safely on our doorstep 24hrs after ordering it. For all the time and effort I saved, I will definitely be back again year after year!

These Christmas trees were such wonderful quality and you can really tell the team puts care in to what they do. Delivery and pick up were spot on. Will absolutely be buying one next year)
