They didn't have a copy of a book I wash chasing. The staff member advised they were re-releasing so ordered for me once available.

I have the book in my possession now great service with smiles.

The first time this happened I thought it was a one off. But once it happened a second time I realised that this store has a problem. Ordering and paying by phone one goes to the door and the staff literally throw the purchase at you. They will not hand it to you (fully masked btw). How bizarre. You know you can hand a parcel and say thank you. It won’t kill you. Get over yourselves. People are shopping at Coles right over the road! And at the cafe they HAND me my coffee and look me in the eye and say thank you. Click an dCollect at Readings Malvern is a rude and insulting experience (twice).

Floor is disgusting.
Was told that if I wanted a book wrapped that they “required” a donation.
I thought the whole idea of a donation was optional and I did not like that fact that I was then forced to give a donation for wrapping and it was charged without my consent.
Will be taking myself to The book store up the road from now on

Very helpful and friendly staff. If they don't know about a book which you are after, they will quickly trace it. I hope to be a regular customer, even though I don't live nearby.

The Readings brand is synonymous with a broad range of titles. This branch store is no different. Marvellous.

Has a great sellection, and if not there they oblige by getting in. Reading has a great reputation.

Very friendly staff, had a good chat with one of the women working there, she recommended I read Sapiens so I gotta get on it.

Excellent collection of the latest books. Not a huge store, but a lot of variety. A good selection of books and cds on Sale which is always worth a look. As with other GOOD book stores, they order and reserve books with no fuss and like to discuss their range.

Well curated bookstore staffed by readers. Good recommendations and if they don't have something they will order it for you. Sometimes you need to feel the book to make your decision.

Nothing beats a real bookstore with well read staff. I love holding the books in my hand and flipping through the pages before reading a page or two. Good selection of fiction, nonfiction, cookbook and music. If they don't have it they will get it f8r you.

The place was nice and cool on this hot day, it was chill (went in around 2ish) and they had quite a range of books. I enjoyed the place and will hope to go again!

Support your local bookstore, not because it's hip, because you may just get a serrindipitios (?) Find. Ok I need a dictionary, but seriously, browsing books in a bookstore you really will find something to interest you that you probably didn't know about till you saw it.
