Basically border security in there, have to show your id twice to even get into the movie and even a Covid certificate isn’t enough

Went to "gold class " nobody greats you nobody tells you what is going on.
Then was told that management is have a kids party and when you come to Gold class to relax and enjoy yourself you have kids screaming and running all around you. This would have to be the worst gold class movies have ever seen and I would never ever come back.

Come to Gold class Epping for a relaxing date day without our daughter. Turn up and they are having a kids party in the gold class lounge with kids screaming and running around us where we sat. After complaining told that it’s managements families party with no apologies. You pay a lot of money for gold class experience. This is absolute rubbish. Take your parties somewhere else. I will never come here again and will be telling others the same. Disgraceful

Great cinema with value for money with movie tickets. Staff are friendly and facilitates are fine. Only downside can be if it has been extremely busy, the female toilets can sometimes be untidy and often no soap in the dispenser. This is my go to cinema and love to visit with family and friends.

My Grandson and my daughter went to here PAYED A LOT OF MONEY For first class then the girl can't be good puts the movie what we didn't pay for that movie so they had to go to standard IM SORRY I DIDN'T PAY FOR THAT THIS WAS PROBS IM JAN FEB!

Just to note, Reading cinema was contacted numerous times to offer a statement or comment about my concern yet failed to reply to all written communication and hang up on me twice during verbal communication.

My observation that I wanted answers for is why a movie that has done so well at the box office, 175 million dollar gross for a 14 million dollar movie. Has made and profited more than any other movie this year. Has a 95% positive review rating and such an important message.yes I am talking about Sound of Freedom, why is Reading cinema only releasing it once a day at 9pm? The very last movie of the day.
No other times.
Every other new release movie immediately gets released with 5-10 timeslots a day, yet a movie that has done just as good or better, is getting one time slot a day.

When you review this in context with other very scrupulous and questionable activity being reported throughout the world in cinemas, it seems to me that Reading Cinema is employing some of these same tactics to diminish and prevent this movie being seen and/or to reduce its success.
This is one of the tactics that has been very much reported throughout the world.

So question is, why would Reading Cinema (along with many others around the world) would want to silence this movie or prevent its success. Especially when it has a message of great importance and awareness that the world needs to take seriously?
I would imagine that every single human (except those involved in child trafficking) would be very pleased to see awareness to stop this worldwide atrocity.

So why is it the cinemas and media and many entertainment groups are trying to silence this message?
As mentioned, the only ones wanting to silence would be ones that are involved.would it really surprise you if the entertainment industry was involved?
Reading Cinema, whether involved or not you are a disgrace for trying to silence such a great movie and message.
The truth will come out soon.

Went to watch Black Widow in cinema 6. The picture quality was awful, almost unwatchable. I went out to the front and complained, and they informed me that this cinema was requiring some maintenance. They offered to put us in at a later session, but we had other plans so we were unable to do so. As compensation, the manager asked us to stick with the terrible quality and then meet him after the movie was over so he could give us free tickets for our next movie.
After the movie was over, we went back to the front, only to be told by one of the staff that he had left. The lovely staff were very helpful in chasing down the other manager so she could honour this deal. The other manager gave us these new free tickets.

Turns out these tickets aren't even applicable to watch the newer movies that come out. They won't be accepted to watch movies that have come out in a recent time period. In summary, we've been compensated with tickets that only work some of the time. Very disappointed

I’ve been coming here for years and keep coming back for more. Very clean and enjoyable cinema with three options, Classic Cinema, Premium and Gold Class. Each very reasonably priced and so are the food, snacks and drink menu items. Will be back soon for another movie.

Watched Godzilla vs Kong here and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place as this is surrounded by a big shopping centre with many parking spaces where you can find different kind of restaurants to eat and drink with your family and friends.

Sat down on a seat that was wet soft drink complained they gave me a towel to sit on very disappointed

Very disappointed with this visit. Premises had bird droppings over stairs & inside window sills. A staff member raced in before the movie commenced but didn't wipe down sticky tray surfaces & rubbish from previously occupied seats. The choc-top was stale with a soggy crust & the ice cream had been re-frozen - iced and shrunken. When the cockroach crawled up over my arm, it was all over!

It was excellent value for money, I think I paid $10.50 but now its gone up since covid-19 to $14. I wonder if price will lower once this dreaded virus stops or we get it under control. Still its a nice cinema but pricey on the munchies

If you're going to book, make sure you go premium if you can at the very least, went in to normal everyday and the chairs are so uncomfortable, there wasn't any covid abiding going on.

Gold class is nice and clean and affordable with excellent in-seat delivery except when they forget your popcorn. Friendly staff though and problem amended amicably.

Both the toilets in the main foyer and the Gold Class were not clean and looked as if they were like that for a few days. This left a negative impression on my experience at the cinema.

No need to buy ticket via Telstra or Optus, go to cinema directly for cheap ticket everyday's
Not many food deals or combos but it is ok. Movies at times are at par with other main stream cinemas. Seats are comfortable, good aircon and lighting. Dobly sound can improve a bit but hey it not IMAX

Maltesers were $3.50. Cannot rate movie snacks highly enough really. Gold class is a great set up also

Best place to watch movies on a budget, prices are fair and the seating is very comfortable. It's also the closest Cinema to Wallan making it an easy choice over Hoyts.

Best cinema in the area - cheap tickets every day, friendly staff and a candy bar that doesn't send you broke. Highly recommend!

Honestly surprised by how good this was for the price. Tickets were cheap, snack pack was cheap, seating, sound and visuals were not-cheap! Comfortable, quick and popular.
