The team at rc garage were great. I don’t think there was a second that they weren’t thinking about my order. There were some problems with payments and they were onto it straight away giving me the customer service possible. So I’m giving them 5 stars.

A few weeks ago a neighbour donated an RC car to my grandson Jack. He is 12yes old and loves RC cars. He has a few just normal ones but this one is a professional upmarket (design wise) car. IT is not new and required new crystals. I contacted a range of suppliers but had little response other than from RC Garage. They called me shortly after I sent an email to them and on the same day I was able to place and order. It was shipped the following day. They kept me posted and a few days later it arrived. In fact it arrived today. Some of the companies I email have still not responded. With regular service for almost all products being hard work in general, my interaction with RC Garage was a pleasure and I have no doubt that when Jack need the next bits I will go back to RC Garage. This is probably your one stop hobby shop if you are into radio controlled cars, both off road and on road. With sizes from 1/24 scale to 1/5th scale, you are sure to find what you are looking for. Steven (you probably find him at the repair booth at the top end of the shop) is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does, having been in the hobby business since the late 90s. I got my spare parts to get my cars going again. Highly recommended.

A great place to shop at if u are looking for remote controlled toys big & small. Cars, planes & boats, can be expensive.

Very fun staff. Enthusiastic about their stuff. Steve (staff) gave us expert advice for the mechanical issues in our uni project RC car, and that too free of charge. Definitely should check them out.

I ordered parts from interstate (WA) for my Hyper 7 nitro RC. Items arrived well packaged with a tax receipt in a timely manner. A trusted seller who i will use again.

The staff were very friendly, patient, helpful and had extensive knowledge. They helped my son pick the perfect RC for his birthday. I will be coming back.

Went in for the first time today to buy some running gear for my vintage Sporpion Kyosho. The gentleman who served me was so knowledgable and helpful. Made me feel welcome, not rushed and pure old school service. Very rare these days. Thank you for your recommendations, everything works perfect and very happy!

A new $230 car smoked after playing for around 15 minutes, we had to drive back 1 hour just for the guy to say, "You'll have to pay so that I can look at it, whether it's covered by warranty or not but most likely not covered, there goes my kid's Christmas gifts. I read all the bad reviews and related to most of them, waste of $230.

Went in to the store today for a bunch of bits and pieces and paint. After telling the lady what rc car I was working on she told me ‘it’s a piece of s***’. Rude customer service and seemed totally uninterested in helping. Won’t be going back.

If anyone wanting to try something new during these silly weird times you can't go past these guys. Went above and beyond my expectations and I can't wait to do my bit to support this small business with the upgrades I have planned for my purchase. Made one call for advice a day later and ended up having a great conversation with Wendy regarding the upgrades I have planned. Can't thank them enough.

Excellent customer service. Had my nitro racer in for a service. Found a fault and repaired in no time.
