10RC Engineering Consultancy is so superior and special, that their company car has to be take two parking bayscan recommend but make sure to have enough parking spot for their engineers
Disappointing all round. Impossible to get hold off and do not reply to emails. Quick to take the money and get a three line reply. Did not answer my equiry at all.
Gave up getting advice after 4 unreturned emails - only email they responded to when we asked whether the spam malware email we received is legitimate or not.
They were hired to design my drainage system for a new build.
They made a huge mistake - designing my drainage as if it was for a flat land when the land is a slope.
The mistake was discovered when building had already started, and when it was pointed out to them, they turned around and asked for payment in order for them to rectify the mistake that they made in the first place!
They only obliged with changes free of charge when threatened with a lawsuit from us.
At this point, the damage had already been done, my build cost went up by 17% due to that mistake, and other than rectifying the initial mistake, there were zero attempts to make things right for us.
AVOID. THEM. AT. ALL. COSTS
Don't expect a prompt reply.
Very unprofessional, extremely slow, and unresponsive to emails.
Promise all is easy until payment is made and then don't follow through with expectations. Very disappointed.
