Creating an SMSF can be quite mind boggling with the number of rules and regulations, however, the support I received (and continue to receive) from RBK Advisory has been nothing short of fantastic. Some of the questions I put forward, simple or however hard, Christina responded before I could even push the send button with the email of questions. The commitment and exemplary service to me personally as a new start small business is so vital and re-assuring, I know I'm not on this journey (or adventure) on my own. I still work full time and doing this in the spare time I have is challenging, however, when you have amazing support, the limits to succeed have no borders. After being loyal to another accountant for 22 years and was made to feel uncomfortable I was put off doing my tax returns for 2 years! So after reading endless reviews on RBK Advisory I thought we'd give them a go. Well they say "never believe what you read on the net". Wrong! This company is everything plus more of what you read. Our first initial call to admin was one that really made us feel welcome, then receiving information within minutes of hanging up is just showing that this is a business that takes pride. Greg is absolutely hands down one of the most friendly, inviting, extremely knowledgeable and non judgemental person I have even dealt with. And then there is Amy, now this is an administrator that every business just dreams about, this girl is just so thoughtful, as an example: Amy rang just before our appointment to make sure we knew where we were going and explained near by landmarks as she was worried about us getting lost. How gorgeous is that! That is just unheard of these days. RBK don't ever let her go there's not many people out there like AMY!
