Michael Manton RBC Group General Manager is unprofessional and from my first hand experience, he can not be trusted. How is he unprofessional, he gives a 1 star review to his client of many years. I have requested Michael Manton to attend my office to discuss multiple ongoing issues that we have with RBC. These issues are serious and quite concerning for RBC.
I have two questions for RBC to answer….
Your website states that Michael Manton is a co-owner of RBC, why would a co-owner behave like this?
Could the Company Founder and Financial Controller Geoff Layton or Managing Director David Wheeler please contact me in order to reach a resolution?
I am hopeful that an amicable resolution can be worked out that is beneficial to both parties. Until then, I will leave this up. Today is the 07/09/2022.
I didn’t want to “Air the dirty Laundry” however, no one at the senior level above Michael Manton has contacted me. You have my details on file and I look forward to speaking with Geoff Layton or David Wheeler.

Not impressed with this company, 2 months later and our printer still not working. This is having a huge impact on our business!
Happy with service and account manager Sam. Helped with IT requirements, consolidated our fleet, and has been very helpful during Covid
My account manager Sam held took his time to go over my IT and print solutions. Got me up and running in a timely manner. Would recommended again:)
Sam was an absolute gentleman. His knowledge was outstanding and was always there to help, with our IT requirements and consolidating our fleet!
I don't recommend this company, and if you are proceeding with them, make sure you check your contract very clearly. In our business' 8 years of operation in Australia, we have not encountered this level of dishonesty.
This is a very dodgy company. Irwin only emailed me two pages of the contract to sign and inserted the rest of pages together by themselves. They forged my signature for the rest of documents which I found out later. They claimed that these documents with my forged signature are just their internal doc, but actually it was the agreement for three parties: RBC, the owner HP Financial Serviced and the customer. The forging of a signature is a criminal offense. So I strongly suggest people who have been doing business with them better to check if your signature was fault as well. Please see the document cover they forged my signatures. Hope this will help you.
I saw your reply. I will reply here. Yes I confirmed that two pages I received. At that time my staff and me we didn’t know there were more pages for this contract. I didn’t know there were other documents I need to sign. Please let me know who give you right to forge my signature!

Bryce was very helpful when it came to setting up a new HP set up in my workspace when it came to working remotely. Any questions I had were answered quickly and all the information was provided! Thank you very much for the positive experience which made a daunting task simple.

Don't use this RBC printer company, they are black heart company! They were using cheater software over count your print usage just in order to send you a large amount bill. You RBC can make money, but not this black heart money! Stay away from this company!
