I had an extremely frustrating experience with this real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, they consistently provided false information, making empty promises and outright lying about property details.

I've purchased and sold 3 properties in my life time and I strongly advise against working with this agent; their dishonesty and lack of integrity make them completely untrustworthy.

Unfortunately this branch has tarnished the Ray White name for me.

Extremely terrible experience with Ray White Werribee, specially with Kristine Ikonomou. The agent was very aggressive from the beginning. They do not look after the landlords. If you are renting out for your property, do yourself a favour and look for some other agent!

Excellent service! Rob and his team were trustworthy and always proved to put us first throughout the whole process. It was our first time selling and Rob made it was easy as possible. Highly reccommend him.

Caveat Emptor if you are dealing with Jeff Gaul at this estate agency. Despite having the higher offer we missed out on our dream home. We should have known when he greeted the eventual new owners by name, without introduction, at the open for inspection that we had no hope. We've since found out he didn't even tell the current owner our loan was pre-approved. Just kept pushing the offer made by the other party. Deal with him at your own peril.

Jacqueline D'Angelo is a wonderful agent and a dear friend. Not only did she find us the suitable tenant, but she also took on the great responsibility like a family friend!

I had an amazing experience in renting through Jacqueline from Ray white team. Securing a rental is bit cumbersome process, however she and her team made it a very straight forward process. She helped me out with any questions or query’s I have had. Also helped me connecting with all the utilities provider in a very short notice, as i have to move in a week. Overall a very smooth process so far.
