Ray White Wantirna

After Harcourts First was not able to lease my property out for more than two months, I changed to Ray White Wantirna. They do not make me feel disappointing and lease it out in 20 days. Anglelika and Shelby sent me open for inspection time schedule well in advance and the inspection reports by both SMS and emails. Often I received direct calls from them for the reports and to discuss the market changes. The good communications distinguish them from the other agents and give me confidence that they can lease it out quickly and manage my property well. Therefore, I rank Raywhite Wantirna as five stars for their excellent service quality. I hope that their property management can also maintain the same quality.

We have recently ventured back into the rental market to find a place that is more suited to what works for our family. We met Angelika at a property & she was lovely in taking time to speak to me about the property and answering my questions. Only gave 1 star here because I had to in order to write this review, stay clear of this place especially, LS, sloppy, lazy, even tried to bully and threaten my wife with VCAT and how costly it is, when we decided to leave our rental, we done the right thing, gave notice and kept paying the rent, nearly 5 yrs renting this house and never missed one payment or inspection, all reports always came back, that the house was been kept in immaculate standard, got threatened by LS to note the landlord wasn’t backing down and wanted $1k of our bond for minor wear and tear issue, LS subsequently never gave us an exit report and only sent 2 days before the 10 day for bond refunded, anyway long and short we got every penny of that bond, like I told you we would Lachlan, time to retire mate because your beyond poor at your job, backed up the wrong tree here, slante

I was helped by Andrew Ferraro when applying to rent a house. He was extremely helpful and his customer service was exceptional. He helped me with the inspection of the property, managed my application and worked very hard (and out of hours) to ensure that I was looked after and my application seen through properly. He responded quickly when required and had a very friendly nature. It made the process very positive and I'm grateful for his help.
