Extremely third class service. These guys don’t know what they are doing. No professional ethics and don’t even know the ABC of real estate just in the market as naive agency. This agency might have sold the houses at average price when real estate market was at boom but in normal market can’t even get buyers to door even if the property is best in the Market.

I listed my house for sale with Mark and his team, a month ago. Although they charged me full marketing fees but I can’t see it spent anywhere. They did an Auction for the house, bit can’t even get a single bid during the Auction because of their poor marketing. At the same time other agencies were selling their listed houses at very good price. Following were the issues.

1. No facebook marketing was done, even the people next street didn’t knew this house is for auction.
2. There were no paper flyers printed. Even the people who were coming to visit the house had nothing to take away with them which would remind them for Auction.
3. House was just listed on teo real estate website REA and domain at the lowest subscription price which got stale even after 3 days of listing.
4. Photos of the property were not proper, the photographer not even edited a single bit.

5. Poor follow ups with the buyers, the agent was not even able to speak about the property properly to the buyers. Buyer liked the house in all their vists according to their comments on house but agent was least interested to follow up.

6. Not even the marketing was done yo the buyers in Ray White’s database. They claimed they sent sms and emails but none were received and sent.
