Someone fraudulently assigned another person's bills to us. Despite our discovery over a month ago, they still haven't refunded the money. This has disrupted our normal business operations and is truly unbearable.

Having dealt with many property managers for more than a decade, I know how hard is it to find a good one. Cecily Qiao isn’t only good but great! She has never needed me to worry about any tenant’s request, neighbor’s complaints, or the routines requirement e.g. Maintenance, inspection and rental review. She is very knowledgeable of the property management requirements and always delighted to respond all kinds of queries. We faced many challenging situations including broken ducked heating system in winter, double fee charge by body corporate, etc. She proactively followed up with the relevant parties till the issues were completely closed. I only wish that she would never leave Ray White Oakleigh! Having said that, I acknowledge that Ray White Oakleigh is a nice company to deal with. Pantelis Panayi, the Division Manager, always keeps us informed of regulation changes and offers solution to deal with them. The company is also very innovative to bring in technology to make the administration easier to all. Thank you Cecily and Ray White Oakleigh!

Recently, my Kitchen tap stopped working so I emailed our property manager Megan Smith, I sent the email around 9: 00 PM, I wasn’t expecting a reply till next morning, but to my surprise she understood the urgency of the situation and she replied almost immediately even though it was way after business hours. The tap was fixed early morning next day. I will highly recommend Megan, she is the best property manager I ever dealt with.

Be Aware - Ray White Oakleigh are corrupt

My agent Nick Strilakos lied lied lied then denied denied denied and then blamed me for everything
They did not sell my property and let me with an overpriced dodgy marketing bill which they take a share.

It was absolutely terrible how I was treated especially when things were not going his way. I’m sure some of the practises were absolutely dodgy and probably illegal.

After I complained his manager Rob Cincotta contacted me to apologise and say Nick has learnt some lessons.
This does not help me and was pretty lame. I think the bad behaviours at Ray White Oakleigh are driven from the top
