From a rental perspective, my email went totally unanswered and they advertised a property at $370 then after the open inspection and a heap of people turned up they then increased the rent to $395 without saying anything, very very poor customer service even as a prospective tenant I’d not apply for anything from this real estate company.

I can't speak highly enough of Kon and his team.
Kon had seen our property had sat on the market for 12 months unsold despite us lowering our asking price (listed with another agent) and reached out to offer his services.
Kon was very genuine and sincere and understood that we had lost our motivation to sell. We had a very open discussion around expectations and Kon quickly established our price wasn't the problem, but the marketing of the property and sales process were the issues. We decided to give Kon a very short window to try and sell the property before we removed the listing completely.

Worst experience ever, as soon as they have your money they don't know you, can't get them to fix anything in a rental can't ever contact a specific person they don't communicate with each other got to tell the whole story every time you call them they only do things to suit themselves very frustrating dealing with them
