Signed up with their rental department about 2 weeks ago. On the day I signed off the authority form, their business development manager Alice Murray reported a water leak and then disappeared. A new property manager Athena Leung called me but I missed the call. Attempted to call back many times over the following week- but no response at all. They didn’t reply my emails messages or answer/return my calls. When I finally decided to head to another agency, they never showed up on handling over process. No return calls or response to emails. They’re still holding the tenants bond and all of my paper paperwork. NO work ethics at all. Only hunger for money. Even their receptionist is a joke- when you called as a potential to bring new business to them, they would ask someone to give you a call back very shortly. But when you called and asked how they were handling the problem the tenants had reported, they were just like ‘bdm and pms are very busy. ’ Seriously? Rude people.
