My Last review was 2 years ago and it was 5 stars. Now again I wish as before I could increase the stars, none the less I humbly rate them as 10 stars at least.
They are providing me service of tenancy management for my rental property. Property and tenancy manager for me is AnneMarie Lily, She is just wonderful along with being thoroughly professional. She works very very hard for both Property owners and clients (Tenants). I think if not already leading rental property and tenancy manager she very well is on the way to be one. My full recommendation and good luck for AnneMarie and Ray White Cranbourne.

Thoroughly Professionals. I have been with Ray white for more than 3 years and have yet to go an experience which was not up to high professional standards. My latest experience with Suri Phak-Uthai as leasing consultant has been excellent and he found a good tenant quickly and conducted thorough research on tenants before approaching me for further discussions and approvals.

Fantastic experience. Paris was an asset to us in the sale of our investment property. He was always available and ready to assist. Despite our property being a trickier one to sell, Paris streamlined the whole process and made it such an easy experience. We definitely recommend Paris to any potential buyers or sellers

Kate was amazing! Kate has been amazing from first meeting her to till the end. She is incredibly knowledgeable and came in with a well thought out plan for sale. She did not push for adding extras on for advertising and not push for staging. Kate went above and beyond for the sale of my first home. It was a pleasure to have her be my agent and Ray White supporting her.

Cassandra Reid is my property manager for our rental home. In the 11 months that we have been at the property. I have found her to be very polite and professional and very helpful when we need things done at the property. She usually is very prompt with her inspections or will phone to let me know she is running behind time.
