Horrible experience. These guys seem like amateurs to be honest. I inspected the property and there was Raphael and Hamzi and one of their little brothers, I was interested in making an offer before auction and I was told I'd be contacted. No contact. Morning of auction I call and it's sold below what I was going to offer. If you're a buyer then don't deal with their lack of professionalism. If you're a seller, their laziness will cost you like it cost this vendor.

Go elsewhere where people want to do their job.
