Phillip Andrew's is a scam artist and tries to steal your bond when the house is cleaned nicer than when I moved in. Even though it's shown on the rental report that the paint in every room was damaged he is trying to get me to pay for a full repaint. Take videos of the place or avoid these guys totally.

I have rented my unit with Ray White now Barry Plant for nearly 20 years.
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with them and communication with Alison has been excellent.
She was friendly, professional and always got back to me when I had left a message.
I highly recommend Alison and have had nothing but a good experience with Barry Plant Chelsea.

Don't put your property on sale with them. They have no idea.they have kids without experience in the open houses instead of the main agents who "sell" their experience as the main agents in your contract.

Landlords: if you want a property manager that does bare minimum and still loses their patience, then this is the agent for you.
In particular Carla, had 3 months to provide quotes for a repair. Provided nothing. Advised us that she has called trades but upon speaking to them they all deny ever recieving a call from her. Then agent advisesd tenants that landlords are delaying repairs.
All in all, very poor service. Certainly knows how to answer emails but then does little else.

We had two properties managed by Melanie Griffiths. It seemed to me the rental provider's interest is of no concern to her and she just did the bare minimum to get through the day. The non-urgent emails such as instructions for lease renewal seemed to end up in a mysterious black hole after I pressed the send button, and almost never got replied until follow up emails were sent by myself a week later. My instruction was misinterpreted, and the notice of rent increase was sent out without my consent, resulting in a potential loss of approx. 5% of my rental income for the next year. Maybe she was overloaded, maybe she had family emergencies, but there was minimal communication from her so I felt I had no idea what was going on most of the time.

The Agent in my opinion misrepresented parts of the property to imply ‘decommissioning’ rather than non-repairable, that will cost over $12k to fix and leaving my family with limited heating and cooling. It left the property in very poor condition on final inspection day including a deteriorated garden, dirty cupboards and items scattered around the house. There were verbal misrepresentations by the agents several times on serious matters that the Agent now denies. I would not recommend this Agent as it may hold up settlement and probate for the vendor, not to mention the stress on me and my family.

Most of my experiences were good until the end of my tenancy, the real estate did kindly organise for someone to take over my lease as I was moving out early, the property manager told me there had to be a week in between me moving out and the new tenant moving in. I was hesitant at first thinking this would incur extra cost due to the property being empty but was assured I wouldn't need to pay for it so I was very happy with that news.
When I move out I receive a call from Melanie saying that I need to pay extra rent for the days the apartment was empty! As you can imagine I was frustrated with this as it was the complete opposite to what I was told. Poor communication and no compromise offered, a shame to end my experience with this real estate in such a bad way. I hope they learn from this, make sure they are telling people the right information and communicate with each other more.

Our experience with Alison was very positive. She made a potentially difficult transition between two properties a very smooth experience. She was straightforward to work with and combines a very laid-back nature with a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended.

My experience with Ray White was awesome. The support and kindness were genuine and l was made to feel like matter and not just another tenant leasing a place. I have been private renting for over 25yrs and not ever has there been such beautiful people at this agency. I hope you will be lucky enough to share and have a great experience one day as my son and myself had and are still having. My only complaint is five stars isn't enough l give Ray White Chelsea ten plus

Helen and Alison at Raywhoite Chelsea are very trustworthy. I have been with them for over 20 years and they have always kept me upto date. They are there for the landlord and the renters. Always making sure we are both happy, and go out of their way to keep me, as the landlord informed. They always check in and are thorough. I highly recommend both Helen and Alison at Raywhite Chelsea.

Ray white chelsea are a great estate agent we have had a few and can't fault them at all very helpful and responsive. But my 5 star review is mainly for our property manager alison jacobson for our rental property in bonbeach. She is Absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond her role. Any issues or queries are dealt with straight away and responds back anytime of the day even if this is out of her office hours. If I could rate alison any higher I would

I leased 2 properties over a 10 year period with Ray White Chelsea and always looked after the properties, paid my rent before time and was even nice enough to supply them with the odd gift of confectionery, toiletries and initially gave them a glowing review, however, upon being majorly mucked around with our last tenancy and costing us time, money and mental anguish, I will NEVER go near this real estate again. I feel cheated, degraded, insulted and most of all angry. I was blackmailed for $200 for unnecessary cleaning, that was never done and lied to about an item that was accidentally left behind, not to mention accused of damage and leaving items behind that were already there when I moved in and proved to be on the condition report, that conveniently, I was never given a copy of. In all my 25 years of renting I've never been treated so badly. If this is how a good tenant is treated, I'd hate to see how a bad one is treated.

Jacina and Elsabeth have been excellent to deal with throughout the tenancy, they've been incredibly responsive.

Always polite, professional and they keep us posted.

As someone who understands the balance of relationships between landlord and tenants, I couldn't recommend Jacina and Elsabeth enough.

We had the pleasure of purchasing through Luke. Luke was professional, attentive and thorough throughout the process. As first home buyers we were very throughout the whole process but Luke was always available to talk through any queries we had, as well as entertaining many visits (with family in toe!) For several years now, the professional team at the Ray White Chelsea property management office, particularly Helen, Alison and Debbie, have provided myself and my valued tenants with a premium service, so I'm writing to acknowledge this fact. In all facets of property management, whether it's finding quality tenants or simply arranging for a repair, they've been consistently prompt, efficient and thorough. Additionally, their experienced staff has been very settled over time, and this is important in the challenging environment of property management, because it has enabled my tenants and i to establish solid, long term relationships within the office. Overall, this has meant that I can rest confident in the knowledge that they're very competently doing what they do best, and I don't have to worry. This is the highest recommendation that I can offer.

I’ve been renting through Ray White Chelsea for just over 4 years and the service has always been 10/10. I had a routine inspection today and almost immediately after had a phone call from trades to repair some maintenance I had reported. This has been the case every time on the few other occasions I’ve needed to report something, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always friendly and very quick to respond. Huge thanks to Kelly & Alison who do an absolutely fantastic job; jewels in the Ray White Chelsea crown!
