We have been renting under Ray White Carnigge for a while now. Lachie is our building manager and has always been very responsive to any questions we have had with regards to the building.

Thanks Nick Giannopoulos for renting out the apartment. Great professional service and was kept informed all the way with the open for inspections and follow ups etc.

I was able to find a rental apartment in a week time and a week to spare before my time running out at Victoria. I was relocating from NSW and really busy with my work and missed out numerous open houses. Despite all the odds, Nick has stood by a potential renter and supported my application. What made me write this review about Nick and his team is for going that extra mile to get the reference checks required and to be dealt with a incomplete rental application of mine. So he made sure the landlord gets the best suitable renter as well.

It took a while to lease out my property and I had to reduce my asking weekly rent (what I consider considerably). However, the negotiations throughout the process, and they have processes in place, were with clear communication-both verbal and electronic. Each part of the process has a designated team member: BDM, Leasing Manager & Property Manager. Time had to be taken to lease out the property to the most suitable tenants. Yes, this is costly, but necessary to minimize other costly issues down the track. PS the 4/5 is a reflection that there is no such thing as a perfect score

Can't believe this agent got 4.8 here. Got two investment property managed by them, changed 3 property manager in 2 months period. Can't solve anything. Need keep telling same story to every new manager. Will never use them anymore.

The professionalism and honesty Karan showed was a credit to him. Ray White have a person with the utmost integrity and honesty. My daughter had been looking for an apartment for a few months and had dealings with people who compared to Karan border on unethical with little desire to achieve a positive experience or result for the prospective buyer. I cannot recommend Karan highly enough. I do not write reviews like this as a matter of course but in this instance I could not be more pleased to put in writing just how fantastic an experience my daughter had simply as a result of Karan. We spoke with Jin regarding selling our house and from the first 5 minutes of meeting him we knew he was the agent for us. His knowledge of the Hughesdale area is incredible and I have never known of an agent to work as hard as Jin throughout the entire campaign.
