Lorenzo helped my friend and I move into an apartment within 2 hours of contacting. He knows his stuff and his clients too and is available and able to help out in any moment he can. Smoothest moving transition I have ever personally experience. 10/10 service.

I have experienced a big water damage at my unit that lead to a dispute with my landlord and forced me to move out. During these stressful times I was dealing with Jessica from Ray White, who understood very well the situation and was always available to update me and answered my questions in the shortest delays possible. She explained me all the processes and the options I had available, and as I am a foreigner this was absolutely crucial for me to take the good decisions given the situation, on top of not feeling left on my own to figure out what to do. I know these must have been stressful times for her too, but not a single time could I feel any impact of her stress on how she interacted with me. My previous experience with agencies was mostly that I had to fight them in case of dispute, and here I felt considered and helped with Jessica, so you should be happy if she is in charge of your place, as I was even in this situation.

I found the way Alex follow up with feedback is quite annoying. When I already told him my initial feedback, he doesn’t seem respect my answers but ask more questions to push for more information he needs. This strategy doesn’t always work for potential buyer!

Lorenzo is one of the best agent with very humble personality and never met any agent during my stay with raywhite for 2 years.
