My experience with Ray White at the start was a bit shaky as the guy who was responsible for the property just turned up unnoticed and demanded a house inspection which my house mate was home and allowed it, soon after he was transferred to another department in which we received a new property manager and haven't had any problems with them as well have attended to any requests I've needed and with in 24 hours. The only reason I'm leaving is I can't afford the place on my own anymore

Poor customer service. Made same mistakes multiple times during rent payments. Only seems to be interested to have a conversation when they wanted work done from the tenants. Always felt they just unheard whatever I wanted to say something.

They do have old properties. We live all included house. But eveyday they send emails which says usage is high. Always try to keep mony from your bond for fake reasons.
