Nathan is knowledgeable, likeable, always polished and available.
He had a win quickly in a challenging market but unfortunately it feel through, not a fault of his at all. He persisted till the end and we are happy with the final result. We would be happy to sell through Nathan again and highly recommend him if you are selling in the Darley area.

Kelvin Gaffiero the sales rep is an inhumane person, I could barely call him a person at this point. We were long term tenants (8+ years) for a GREAT landlord with an incredible real-estate (Arbee Real-estate Bacchus Marsh) and he managed to get his grubby little hands onto the property during a hard and awful time for our landlord. He pushed us to move even though the landlord had no intentions of evicting and even though needing to sell. The property was said to be sold subject to tenants however we were HARRASSED constantly and felt FORCED TO TAKE ANY available property just to lessen the STRESS this one person from Ray White Bachus Marsh caused us. Everything from asking us to move boxes from room to room just for a photo knowing full well my husband had just suffered a heart attack and is awaiting surgery on his ankle. The circus act he created had him ringing me then ringing my husband to argue that he wasn't happy with my arrangement anymore, then ringing me again to complain about HIS arrangements, all the while constantly ringing and harassing OUR Real-estate to get us out quickly so HE could have the keys! We will be contacting consumer affairs Victoria to put in a formal complaint against Kelvin as if this is how he conducts business, it's disgusting and he needs his real estate licensee REVOKED.

Can not recommend Ray White enough. What a great experience, very knowledgeable and professional. I spoke to Belinda about Ray White taking over the management of a few rental properties. I had a phone call that afternoon by the lovely Keli, the transfer from one real estate to Ray White was seamless. They organised everything, can not thank them enough.
