Amazia was very helpful and so friendly. She expertly replaced the lens on an old pair of sunglasses and made sure that the hinges were tightened.

Absolutely worst company to deal with. Ray ban offered me a 50% discount code with a December expiry. When I tried to make purchase the code did not work. I contacted customer support who informed me that they had changed systems and no longer offer this discount. I was offered a $25 code instead. Apart from this, the coating on my previous sunglass is starting to peel. Thing twice next time you want to buy ray bans.

2 to 3 times I have been there for fixing my sunglasses which one off that i buy from them they asking too much money with we can buy new one on that money and not good service too to be honest not tray to solve problems

Very friendly staff and great customer support.
I had a pair of glass that I bought a year ago. There were some scratches on it and they told me that I can use the accidental damage warranty to replace it. I didn't know about it and by paying only half of its original price I got a new pair!

Purchased a pair of RB3016 club master & hinges are loose therefore returned to store where glasses were purchased, Ray Ban-Chadstone for assistance. We were advised by duty Manager, Pat that manufacturers warranty will not cover it (glasses purchased 15/05/2022 & manufacturers warranty is 2 years from date of purchase). We were advised that a fee of $50 is applicable for repair or trade glasses in for new pair at 50% discount. Naturally this is offer is unacceptable based on the fact that glasses are within manufacturers warranty period & no outside influence/abuses confirmed just assumed. This is EXTREMELY disappointing as a consumer to be told this when assistance is sought. Furthermore, question was asked to Pat are this glasses built for the purpose they are designed for without hinge becoming loose without any outside influence? No answer given. Advised Pat that I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED & RESPONSE GIVEN BASED ON ASSUMPTION IS UNACCEPTABLE! Hope to hear from Ray Ban to discuss further!

Sadly there does need to be more staff for the amount of customers where in the store. But Pat was so professional in handling all the customers that came through as well as continuing to help me.

Perfect customer service. Alex and Sharni were extremely polite and helpful. I had a screw come out of my sunglasses and paint had rubbed off. Being still in warranty they were replaced with a new pair with no hassle. Thankyou so much for the fast and incredible customer experience. 5 stars.

A superb experience at Rayban … my wife and I were attended to by Alex and Alex (the trainee) and another member of staff (feel bad I forgot her name but she was of Malaysian origin and was wonderful) who patiently address our concerns and recommended the best set of glasses for us. They were honest with their feedback on which ones worked and which ones didn’t.
