Rashays is awesome food is great staff are really well presented and we'll mannered very good place to go I highly recommend

Michaela (not sure of the spelling), was so sweet and helpful tonight, and works so so hard to ensure everyone has a great time. Great customer service!

What an absolute farce. After being seated we waited at least 30+mins for someone to take our meals and drinks order, half of our meals came very quickly and we then had to go and get our own cuttlery. 15 mins later the 4th main meal finally arrived. Unfortunately my meal didn't arrive until everyone else had finished and we had to go so I sent it back uneaten. What food we got was of a high standard but multiple failures in service and the kitchen ruined our dinner out. Will not return

The chicken was the juiciest ive ever tried and it was the same across all 8 people on the table. Chips wernt too bad. From order to eating was fast. Waiting to give the order took a bit. The wierd juice things wernt the best (the kids said) but they have normal juices and soft drinks anyway. Kids got little coloring books while we waited.

Have dined here a few times now to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time the service has been terrible (both slow and getting orders wrong) food was ok at best when it finally arrived. Won’t be returning after tonight’s experience where only 1 of three meals came out then were greeted rudely when we questioned it. Second meal came out correct but third was wrong, sent back to correct and waited an additional half hour before a piece of charcoal was served instead of a steak and had to argue to defend refusing to pay for the meal when I wouldn’t touch it after an hour had passed from original time of order to when I received my coal and chips then got slapped a 10% Sunday surcharge for the 1 meal we were happy to pay for.

Eggs not cooked whites still clear ordered 3 serves of pancakes 2 came out in 15 min then last came out 30 min later was told was on another order chef needs to get of his phone and concentrate on what his doing

I truly love Rashays! I took my daughter out to eat here for the first time. We were met with incredible service, food is delicious & great value. The drinks were YUMM! I will definitely come back!

A lovely, easy spot for a meal with great prices. I've been several times and it has some small issues like slow service, but for the prices you can forgive it. The food is simple and tasty with loads of choices. The serving staff are lovely, the serving sizes decent with good specials.

The cheeseburger spring rolls were good. Had chicken Parma and a cheeseburger for mains, Parma was ordinary, cheeseburger was pretty awful. Service was ordinary.

Asked for water lol she didn't even bring it out and then they randomly charged us $8 "service charge" and we wouldn't have known if we didn't get the receipt. I don't think they're allowed to do that.

Staff where very attentive and friendly. We selected these restaurants for cheat meals and the southern fried chicken was outstanding. Almost as good as what i have in America. Would come back again.

We got take away when we got home to eat our food, we found that half of the order was missing we called 3 times and not being able to be connected to the store and when told by the orders department someone would call back which they still haven’t, our whole meal was destroyed by not having over half the food

DONT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO EAT.
Stood at front counter for 20mins with a few other people waiting to be seated, zero staff at front counter. Tables filthy and I will never attempt going here again after the movies for dinner. Walked out unimpressed.

Great place for a quality meal at a quality price. Raph (who I'm calling out by name) looked after us extremely well, and made sure we had a great time on our first visit here. We'll definitely return!

Under the pump is the only way to describe this place this morning and it impacted on their performance. Our meals arrived at very different times and apologies. The food was quite good but then the coffees arrived separately again. Needs work!

First impressions were a bright, clean, neatly presented restaurant and staff. Very noisey once the space started to fill and we were seated towards the front of the restaurant which was very cold due to having the doors open. Prompt friendly and polite service and thats as good as it gets. Food was beyond average. Presentation was reasonable. We had salt and pepper squid with the highlight being the sweet chiili dipping sauce, buffalo wings again the dipping sauce, followed by the warm chicken caesar salad. I am sorry to say that I have had better when l have purchased the pre bagged version from the supermarket. All in all a very bland meal and experience with a total spent of $78.00. I would have rather donated the money to charity. Love trying new places, definitely won't be going back.

Rashays is our new place for our family! We are so happy we found it! We really enjoyed our meal last night and the young man serving us was excellent too! Thank you for a great night and great food!

Food was great, service was fast. All staffs are very friendly. Good portion of food and drinks. Will definitely come back and try more dishes!

When we first arrived we were greeted with the barista mumbling quite loudly swear words and complaining, it took them 15 mins just to let us get to our table, the lady that took our order was lovely (she had a smiley piercing and black hair) and she is the nicest one here, but everyone else you could tell we're not happy to be there and didn't seem like they enjoyed being there, the food was nice but the service made our experience horrible

Food was incredible, well priced and the wait wasnt too long. A big thank thank you to my waiter, he had red hair although never got his name. Would recommend 9.5/10. Service was great

Usually order you guys on uber eats and the food is amazing. However, went to order today and the parma and all chicken items are $10 more than if I ordered from the store it's self. Is this an accident or are uber eats charging so much you had to up the price when taking orders from uber? If the price gets fixed up on uber eats I'll be ordering from you again. Until then, I'm sorry but $40 for a parma just isn't worth it
