Rare Spares reviews
17 Rang them on Tuesday and told them twice that I have a ute, yet when I went to Roxburgh Park from Melton West they sold me the fuel sender unit for a sedan, I went back to change over and would not give me trade price for there mistake.
Overpriced and they don't know there products.
I now will be going to Kingwood country who know their products and don't screw you around.
220kms round trips and not even a discount? Disgraceful behaviour.
Awesome these guys helped me with everything I needed
Great friendly service and staff very knowledgeable

Could spend hours here! Everytime I go there is a new part on the shelf for my old falcon.
Before long it seems they will have every part to build the car from scratch
Pathetic service from Roxburgh Park! Purchased door belt kits for all doors except RDB2008 been out of stock for over 3 weeks. Instead of taking my order and payment for a back order, I was told to go to Bayswater. Great! I'll get them posted from their NSW competitor. CHEAPER too.
Friendly stuff and their knowledge and help goes above and beyond. If you need something or something really hard to find give the a try
Very helpful and friendly if they don't have the part they try to point you in the right direction
Not bad customer service but relatively poor + overpriced products. Purchased an VL ignition & lock kit, the first one I got had a faultly ignition barrel out of the box, (the peened on clip that retains the spring had fallen off), the second kit that I got seemed okay, until I went to install the Boot lock and noticed the Locator lugs on the lock completely mismatch with the cutouts in the boot lid itself, I suppose you could attack the brand new lock with a die grinder to remove the lugs - but for $180 for the kit you really shouldnt need to, nor hack into your bootlid to cut out additional slots for the lock, furthermore there is no information on the box stating the lock must be vastly modified to fit the boot. I ended up putting my old one back in.
A quick ebay search revealed that you can purchase the exact same chinese manufactured Lock kit with the 'nice' stamp on the keys for $70 (just without the Rarespares box!)
Excellent customer service and a great range of parts for cars that a lot of people don't care about anymore. Kudos.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great for a nostalgic browse of old Ford's and Holden's. Also lots of generic spares which are handy for all cars and small projects.
They need to have a better way of displaying their stock. And better service. Speed spares from Sydney are much better for range and value even including postage. Still cheaper
Terrible. Asking for an exchange for a badly constructed square lock bolt that holds bumper bar bracket to the bar if a VC commodore resulted in them wanting me to purchase it again rather than simply handing over a replacement. Basically they assumed i had stripped the thread myself. For the cost of a single bolt they lost some customer relations.very poor form rare spares.
Over priced. Parts advertised not available. Quality is not the best. Was better 20 years ago.
Great customer service and top quality products a lot of old school parts and they will order anything in for you.
Bit hard at first glance to see whether they are open or closed (signage is rather poor) but otherwise as expected
It's Wednesday 12.53pm, and I've just called these idiots, My call went straight to a answering machine, saying. I've called outside business hours.ok won't try calling these morons again. I've heard they are overpriced anyway.
These guys rule. The ONLY parts guys I've had actually come out and have a look at my vehicle, and help me sort out the issue on the spot. If they don't have the correct original part, they'll stock an aftermarket version of whatever you need.
