I’ve been a Raquel’s client for more than 10 years. The service is consistently excellent, from the expert treatments to the lovely staff and premises. The only place I trust in the area!

Had a lash lift and tint and brow tint and wax at Raquel’s and absolutely love it. The therapist was so nice and i felt very well looked after

I was quite disappointed with my pedicure I had a Raquel's, the heels of my feet werent even touched during my treatment and I had to put my feet into a bowl of water while perched on the side of a chair, I was charge $65 for the service, I will not be returning.

It's my new go to. My normal waxer moved away and so i tried Raquel's for the first time about 5 weeks aso. Returned this afternoon and it will be my new grooming maintenance place.lGreat local business. Always on time and very professional and polite therapists.

I was booked in for an appointment. However, I was 7 minutes late. I have never been late to an appointment prior to today. In fact, I've actually had to wait multiple times when I'm on time, but today I was told my appointment was missed. Will never come back. Poor form.

Raquel's Skin Care Centre (particularly Thamina) have always gone above and beyond and have always been accommodating. They are compassionate and humble about delivering the best service to clients particularly during these challenging times (which each and everyone of us surely understand the pressure of this). I've been going to this salon for many years and I cannot fault them. Appointment times and policies are in place for a reason particularly during covid which should be respected by each and everyone of us. Surely common sense would prevail that if you are late, either your appointment is cut short or it's cancelled/rescheduled. In my opinion any star under 5 should be disregarded, you guys are amazing, keep doing the amazing work that you do! Thank you for working endlessly and going above and beyond particularly during this unprecedented and festive time.xx

Sooo in Love with my lashes. Thanks sooo much to the lovely lash tech lady who took care of me considering it was short notice as well. I will definitely be back
