RAPT Korean Chicken & Burger

Chicken was good but unfortunately Japchae has way too much pepper. I am not sure if it's always like that or accidentally put too much? It was eadible, but weird.

The staff/owner gave our children complimentary drinks last night which is a good gesture from them.

We tried the boneless fried chicken, the chips and the mozarella cheese sticks. The order was freshly made but the cheese sticks were lukewarm at best which was a little disappointing but the boneless chicken was delicious! Extremely crunchy, well cooked and the meat was succulent. We had the cheese powder but I think a sauce would have been better personally as the powder on crispy chicken was lacking. The chips were cooked well, plain seasoning but was enjoyed. Will need to try other menu items.

Delicious Korean fried chicken. A hidden gem in Mill Park. I ordered the $21 regular boneless chicken. Juicy and extra crispy at the same time. If you order the sauces, I highly recommend you ask for the sauce on the side, that way you can control the taste to your liking. I also recommend you come here to eat instead of takeaway. Fried chicken is always better when it’s freshly cooked and piping hot. The complaints I read are all related to Uber Eats. A total non-issue if you eat at the store.

As I am Korean, I would like to say that this place's fried chicken is the best korean fried chicken in Melbourne! Super crispy and juicy inside. Also, hot dipping sauce gives extra flavour.
The owners are very friendly, and they never delay the food whenever I take it away.

Best Korean fried chicken in Mill Park! I’m so glad that they open the restaurant here. So hard to find an authentic korean restaurant in the neighborhood. Reasonable price. 9/10 for foods. 10/10 for service.

Can safely say this is the BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had. Like ever. We ordered the boneless in the sweet spicy sauce (not too sweet unlike so many places) and It’s insanely crunchy, got delivered to our home piping hot. The snow cheese wings are other worldly and so good. We also got the Kim chi fries which were incredible and their bulgogi is sooooooo good, it has the key smokey charred taste to it. I’ve never had Korean food this good anywhere else.

We have had delivery twice now in the past 2 weeks and have loved it both times, sweet spicy boneless chicken was our choice on both occasions and for the price portion size was great

Rapt produce THE tastiest food ever. The fried chicken is the best you'll ever have. The Pork Bulgogi is OMG seriously addictive. Very reasonably priced and super fast service. I cannot recommend them enough!

We absolutely LOVE RAPT! The fried chicken burger is our favourite item on the menu. It is always cooked fresh and is deliciously crunchy. Oh and don't get me started on the fries, there is a special ingredient that makes them super addictive! We will continue our weekly visits!

Ordered take away from this place for the first time tonight and completely impressed with the quality of their chicken cuts! They are way better (more meats and less fatty) compared to other bigger korean fried chicken franchisees out there.

Have gone all the way to ASSA in Bundoora Polaris and Pelicana in Coburg for my Korean fried chicken fix (because Nene and Gami in Epping lower on the scale) and now I can say that the best KFC is just around the corner! Got the spicy hot sauce which isn’t that hot but is delicious and not too sweet. We also ordered the bulgogi pajeon which has good flavour but have a preference for my pancakes to be crispy; I know Koreans like a chewy texture and I can see that the chef made it thick on purpose (I’m guessing because he likes chewy textures)

Had the Sweet and Spicy Wings, and a Kimchi pancake. Was also lucky enough to try some of the Beef Bulgogi pancake and Kimchi fried rice.

This unassuming shop in suburban Mill Park has the best fried chicken I remember having. I have had a fantastic and satisfying meal.

The fried chicken here exceeded expectations. So crispy and juicy and the sauces were good too. Dined in, clean store, well priced and the owners are so friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Finally a local Korean eatery/ takeaway. I don't need to travel to the cbd for my Korean fix anymore. Crispy Korean fried chicken and burgers. Beats gami and nene hands down. Was going to add photos for the review, but when the food came out. Looked so delicious forgot to take the photos. Can eat in as we did, but small establishment and limited space. Guys working there very friendly.

Sooo good! A great local place! The service is great, the guys are very lovely. Gave us some free kimchi to try out. Better than gami!

RAPT Korean raises the bar for all other Korean restaurants. I first stumbled upon RAPT on door-dash; i promptly sent in an order and to a pleasant surprise I was blown away. From the most simple things; sturdy take out boxes and a free drink - I knew the standard of which the food had to reach. I can safely say it exceeded all expectations.
I called up my friends and a couple days later we went to dine in. We ordered 3 mains and every single dish was delicious; the sauce and extra cheese in the tteokbokki was amazing and the remaining dishes (both chicken) were incredibly crispy and crunchy but maintained a juicy flavour. Once we had stuffed our faces, they brought out a free dish for us which no surprises at this point was delicious.
This is definitely a new favourite and a 5/5 must try restaurant, you will not regret it!
