11I rang Raneye late this morning to ask for assistance with access to my cameras. By late afternoon my issue was resolved and app working on my phone. Extremely happy with the prompt, professional and courteous service and advice.
We had Raneye Systems install an alarm system in our home after a recent burglary.

The system works fine but despite numerous attempts both by phone and in person I cannot get instructional paperwork of any kind. I am sure there must be something available for my system.
I bought security door and surveillance equipment. Both have had issues since purchase and last time I had techs here, they said I'd been sold an inappropruate surveillance system! I asked for them to source me one that works with the door and have heard nothing for approx 5 months! Not good enough Raneye. I feel like I've.been ripped off. And now have a non-functioning setup.
Raneye have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very professional and nothing was to too much trouble. I would highly recommend Linda and her team for all of your security needs.
