Having been with agencies who were oblivious at best, and worthless at worst, I had little hope that I'd ever get a good one.

Randstad at Essendon Fields was that one. Scratch that, they were a great one.

Johnson and later Jocelyn did really well by me, especially during the Christmas season and COVID pandemic, addressing any concerns of mine and offering, on average, three or four shifts a week.

Though I'd leave the role after two years, for seeking to learn new things, I must make clear that I can't recommend Randstad enough.

Thanks to the support from Randstad Essendon, I got my full-time position today. I want to express my special appreciation to my consultants: Avalon& Christine who have been looking after me during my time at Randstad. They are super supportive and always respond in time even after hours. I will highly recommend this recruitment agent for both employees and employers.

What can i say about *AVALON* my job shifts allocator/roster maker.

She is always picking up my calls or instant reply to my massages regarding shifts timing changes and all.never sounds like she is no more interested to adjust schedule. However, she have been adjust my shift schedule according to my availability. Always sounds enthusiastic and happy to answer all the calls.

Never met her face to face.but if I'll get chance to meet her, I will say a very BIG "THANK YOU" for all the odd shift timing adjustment.n. More over. ALWAYS ready to answer attitude.
