I went into the Narre Warren Red Shed today for some much needed help to fix my battery operated chainsaw. The staff member was SO helpful and fixed the issue within minutes with minimal cost. SOoo much appreciated. Wish I had seeked this place out earlier!
I have my lawnmower serviced at the RedShed - Narre Warren. The level of customer service is excellent (thanks Jeremy) and the mechanics always do a great job, Highly recommended.

I had a whipper snipper I hadn’t used in quite a while and couldn’t find the manual so I rang and asked if I could bring it in for a check over. Doug was super friendly on the phone and when I arrived Jeremy was amazing, checking the fuel and oil and giving me a quick refresher course on how to use it (yes it has been that long)! Anyway, the customer service overall was fantastic. They didn’t make me feel like an idiot and were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you!
It’s so hard to come across good customer service these days; this was the best experience I’ve had at a retail store in 10 years. Jeremy was kind, knowledgeable and had extensive product knowledge. After selecting our lawnmower and running through the product, he tested it to make sure it worked and topped it up with petrol! We will be back for all of our services and will recommend friends and family to come here!
I have used this mower shop for many years and they are a great business. Always helpful, they sell good quality equipment and spare parts. Ive had repairs done by them and there workmanship is spot on and they charge a fair price. Highly recommended
Over my many years of customer service experience with Ranch House Mowers: Excellent service, fantastic business ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing sales and service for (in my regard Honda) garden products.
I got better service from Bunnings around the corner. The lady here is very rude, i will now be using Stihl Hallam for all my needs.

The QR officer running the show behind the desk lacks basic customer service, it’s a shame quite disappointed to be honest…although the mechanic is a top bloke.
Staff were very helpful and the product knowledge they were able to share with me helped me make the decision on the product I ended up buying. Highly recommended

Ive been to most mower shops in my travels and after calling into this one i couldnt believe how rude they were, i suggest travelling a little to another store, i wont be back and wouldnt recommend.to anyone.
Maybe put on another mechanic.i was asking for advise on a mower and you wouldnt give me 5 minutes of your time.
Open for in-store shopping, obviously with requirements set for entry listed at entrance. Ample parking opposite back entrance, with easy access via rear of store entry back gate. Servicing, repairs, parts plus sales of new machinery and equipment.
My elderly mother came by to ask about getting her lawn mower repaired or potentially buying a brand new one. Whilst asking about a new screw for the old lawn mower wheel a very rude women exclaimed “that’s an aldi mower, I’m not going to get a screw from Bunnings for that”
Don’t bother with this place.they are rude and let a sale for a new mower slip through their fingers.
I’ve used Ranch House Mowers for all my mower servicing/repairs basically since they opened. They haven’t missed a beat. All jobs have been completed very well and in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
A long the journey I have dealt with a number of different staff and without doubt found them to be respectful and easy to deal with. Would recommend their service to anyone.
Like many other reviews, mine is more about the lack of Customer Service skills by a couple of team members. Let me set you straight; you're not doing me a favour taking my money and I don't need the attitude. There are other competitors in the area that don't make a habit of belittling people and they'll get more my business from here on. Get over yourselves.
Similar experience to Corey took my blower to get fixed took it home not working properly accused me of putting straight fuel in it and they denied putting any fuel in it despite apparently fixing a fuel blockage.standard practice is to empty the tank and flush it out then replace the fuel filter. They dont do this, interesting? Please tell the truth if you make a mistake.
