Ramzi’s & Co.staff designed my engagement ring (rose gold, morganite with diamond band) with my now husband (without my knowing). What a stunning surprise! The stone was well set and I am impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship.

I chased them up as a repeat customer for a custom made wedding band (to make it a set with my engagement ring). Now fully completed I am thoroughly content. In my dealings with them they provided CAD designs and listened to my vision and descriptions with patience and displayed deep understanding - making it come to life precisely as I had imagined it being in my mind.

Initially we were nervous about buying jewellery online, but after a phone call to Iffy at Ramzi we were greatly reassured by her assistance and professionalism. She made sure we received exactly the piece of jewellery we were looking for, including every detail. My purchase was made entirely by on-line shopping so a great deal of trust was given on my part.
I relied on the website information being correct - which it was, and moreover I would receive an item
worth the cost shown, and the quality.
I had to wait about 21 days which included the Christmas break and when I received my selection, which
were earrings I was elated. These little beauties before me were sublime, and just as I expected when
I had pre determined the size etc, created from the individual dimensions provided on the web page.
I am more than delighted; to the untrained eye the brilliance of the stones are superb, and I have no doubt
they are as per the given details.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and the end result of my custom made ring. I was stuffed around at my local jewller and made the decision mostly based on reviews to try Ramzi’s, I’m also in another state so to deal with everything from start to finish via email was so easy, every question was answered and I was updated throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy with my ring - it’s beautiful and exactly what I asked for.

I found Ramzis truely by luck, to help me create my dream ring. I went there with pretty clear ideas of stone and ring size - the team helped that dream come to reality. They also helped me understand the process that some stones go through to achieve a certain look - for me it was about having not only a beautiful ring but an investment piece. The whole process was stress free and the CAD drawings made it so much easier to visualise. Who knows what the future holds, maybe a pink diamond piece will eventuate! A huge thank you to Dee and the team at Ramzi's for my beautiful morganite and diamond halo ring. I came to Ramzi's with a design in mind and the whole process was a breeze. They were patient and helpful during my consultation and I received CAD drawings of my design 3 days later. Within 3 weeks, my ring was ready to be picked up. Dee was extremely accommodating and scheduled an after-hours pick up for me during the week. I am still overwhelmed by how sparkly the diamonds are!

The only thing to note is that their studio is a little difficult to locate if you are not familiar with the area. Enter on Hotham street, not Bell Street:)

My stunning engagement ring was a little bit too big but the resizing process was made so easy by Dee! I dropped off my ring on a Sunday evening and it was ready for pick up the very next day! Very prompt, professional customer service!
