Ramsay Psychology Bundoora

If I could give this place a zero I would.

I first booked an appointment about a month ago and then on the morning of the appointment they had to cancel claiming the psychologist was unwell.

I accepted this, but had to wait about 3 or 4 weeks for a new appointment.

Each time I call their number, I am greeted by a woman with a super strong accent that talks so fast I can’t work out what she is saying.
I insisted I only wanted to go to Bundoora as that is down the road from me and I do not, I repeat, do not want Telehealth.
I explained I’m hard of hearing and because I lip read, face to face is important for me.

It would appear the robot woman didn’t hear this request, and on the day of my appointment, I found out it was indeed a Telehealth appointment.
Then she advised me I could drive to Box Hill (which is a 45 minute drive) or go to Bundoora and use the headset.

Now, given we tend to approach psychologists because we need help, we don’t need the added stress of being stuffed around by a bunch of clowns that don’t hear our requests and cancel on us or want to send us to a location that is no where near home.
