Ramen & Dumpling House Clayton

Ordered take out. Had chicken noodle soup, boiled dumpling in chili oil and cold chicken in Szechuan sauce. Chili is ‘western hot’, but not as hot as I expected. Chicken is chopped whole, including through bone. All serves tasty, good value for money. Definitely becoming a favourite.

Very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Ordered one thing and 20mins after a staff came to let us know that they made the wrong food and asked if I was ok with taking the other food. When I was still deciding another staff came and said the same thing to me but in a very forceful way. Basically saying if you don’t take it you don’t get anything cos don’t have time to make it. We will not come back again

The quality of the food and the amount of rice are sufficient. The most important thing is that the rice for 10 yuan is so impressive
I hope the boss won’t cancel this event

The food's cheap and tasty must try the chilli chicken with rice. They got plenty of starters and dishes that they provide for reasonable price and worth every penny.

Service was decent and atmosphere and ambients are good.

Our go to place for a classic chinese dish. Tasty, affordable and great portion. Can't you believe it that they still have $10 rice dish in 2023?

Stir-fried green beans and dry-pot chicken taste pretty good, but the boiled beef is really terrible, just a few slices of cabbage and beef slices, nothing else, and the beef is not fresh, as if someone else eats it Leftovers are the same! This picture was taken just after the food was served, and I didn't eat a single bite! ! !

This place is amazing! It offers delicious food, clean place, good serving sizes, free tea and its not busy at all! 4 dishes costed us $50 which is a great price.parking is a bit busy in the area but its worth it.

Perfect dishes for those cold days. Spicy chicken noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup. Must haves.

If you want to have a quick and cheap meal, this is the place for you.
The chef as of now came from Sichuan, so expected to be a bit more Salty, but you can always ask them to reduce the salt level.
The fried chicken is pre marinated, so cannot make too much adjustment but it is worth to mention less salt just in case.

The food was very salty. The vegetarian duplings were filled with frozen corn and starch. I had never tasted any more terrible dumplings honestly. And the restaurant is quite dirty too. To pay is a pain - the greasist eftpos machine I have ever seen in my life.

I ate the food here tonight because my brother wanted to. It was really good. So glad he picked this place.

Dumplings here are always good. Love the pan fried juicy pork bun. Fried beef are also great. Quickly turning into my GOTO local dumpling joint.

Hands down, this is by far the BEST TASTING Ramen & Dumpling House franchise we've been to. Was pleasantly surprised that there was a very big difference in terms of flavour compared to some other franchisee (Wheelers Hill, Carnegie and Vermont in particular as those are the ones we frequented the most). Will make this shop to be our go to place going forward

Over time have ordered a variety of dishes for delivery, absolutely amazing, all their food so far has been delicious, decent portion size too! Highly recommend!

Two times they screwed up my fully paid online order. The first time - the restaurant was actually closed. No notes or any message when you did online order that they were closed. I paid, I drove there only to find they were closed. Called the other branches and they put their hands up - hiding behind franchise excuses. Second time - did another online order. I paid, I drove there only to find they didn’t receive my order. Told me they had online issues - but didn’t bother to put any message online. I asked for refund they preferred bank transfer. Ridiculous service! Please people - don’t go there!

Very bad taste, I ordered beef fried noodle, and the beef is raw! Noodle tastes like it’s expired. Will never go again!

Consistently good food. I've been there a lot in six months. Great food and very fast service even when it's crowded.

Will never go here agian my food had a mosquito bug in my fried rice absolutely disgusting im also pregnant i give this place zero stars yuk.
