I went today to get my security door keys cut after going to 2 locksmith places. I was served by a lovely young man and I told him my dilemma. That I already got the keys cut somewhere else but it wasn’t done properly, it opens from
The outside but does not open the security door from inside. He copied my keys and gave IT to me free. He told me to try it out if it works. Needless to say it does work. I’m very grateful

Needed to get 2 car keys cut to code, the staff were not only very courteous but also extremely helpful. The pricing I have to say was excellent.

Needed battery replaced in a car remote key, gave them a call and asked if they could help, answered promptly, drove down, got served by a lovely girl, price was cheap and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Will recommend to others not only for the pricing but also the customer service and professionalism. Wouldn't bother going to a shopping centre locksmith again.

What a friendly professionals. Really cool people. I went to cut spare key for my car. They didn't take more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

The female locksmith can reset a lock with her eyes close.
I have been to this shop several times and they don't waste your time.
I travelled from cheltenham to Dandenong to get 3 locks recoded and they did it on the spot.
That's why I will keep going to this shop.
The surrounding locksmiths in Breaside and cheltenham told me it would be a 4 hour wait with no garrantee it will be done.

Just went to there new location, so easy now to park at the shop and have noticed more staff, the key to this business is their wide range of products.
The other day I required a cam lock and sure enough the young bloke goes in to the store room full of locks and comes out with a cam lock.

Just needed another key the female serving was cutting the key faster than I could get my card out to pay.

Called in yesterday to get a price for 2x barrels with matching keys. Sent in photos via email and spoke to Andrew on phone. He gave me a price which was satisfactory and advised to come in today they would be ready in the morning. Arrived and waited, brought in the old one to match, after waiting 30 minutes, he comes out and says he's giving me more expensive ones because they don't have the ones he quoted, this was after he cut the matching keys. Well, you should told me before you cut the key because I could have just gone somewhere else, or bunnings as they had quoted the same price to do the same job and not wasted my time.

Drove all the way to Dandenong and waited to be told that they don't have the product they quoted and made me come in for, and instead of fixing their mistake and giving me the locks for the same price they wanted to charge me an extra $40 dollars for the "better" lock. Totally unacceptable and a waste of time.
