My partner and I heard of Ralf through a friend who lives in the area.
He was very lovely in person, and we went through a lot of different lovely rings on the day - trying them on and deciding (: the final pieces (plain gold for my partner, platinum with small claw diamonds around just under half the band - photos included of mine) look stunning.
When we went back to pick up the final pieces, we tried them on (perfect fit!) and they were in this incredible box.

Amazing! I went in and spoke with the team about an engagement ring. I always wanted to have a ring handmade and not buy a generic showroom ring. I showed them the style of an online ring that my partner hinted to me. They were really helpful in showing me the structural flaws of the ring and helped work through to improve that design in a way that would last a lifetime. The ring turned out amazing.
