The lady is awful and rude. I came away crying from my first appointment. She hardly looks at you and says everything in a very rude way. Yes the treatment has worked but the only thing she did towards that was give me the script that I needed. She makes me feel awful and I hate seeing her. The office and whole building is old and yucky. Even the reception ladies weren't very nice, however better then the main dermatologist lady.idk her name and I don't care to know, she's horrible and mean and I sure hope she reads this.
200 bucks every appointment to go and see her for 5 seconds and all she does is rewrite out the same script without changing anything or listening to what I wanted to ask her.

Very thorough. I’ve had several treatments for multiple (one underlying) issues.
I need to return for further treatment and have no hesitation making the call and waiting as long as it takes.

Very thorough. Explains in detail all the options. Long waiting list, but once onboard good options for future appointments.

She knows a lot and is good at her job for smaller, simpler issues, but isn't good at communicating or listening to you. All my appointments felt rushed and rude, and as my condition was more complicated, she never actually worked out what was wrong and just tried various things on me for months, which ended up costing me a lot of money. I really wanted it to work out. The receptionists are absolutely lovely though!

Incompetent staff who can't manage their bookings. Waited 5 months for an appointment. Something important popped up 4 weeks prior to the appointment which i had booked with them 5 months in advance (yes, I was waiting 5 months to see the dermatologist) so I notified them and i tried to change my 12th of April 3: 30pm appointment to an appointment in the morning sometime either on the same day or a week or so later, but was told i had to wait another 5 months to be booked in to see the dermatologist if i couldn't make that 3: 30pm appointment. They wouldn't even consider trying to swap this booking with someone else.

I recommend the owner of the practice hire some new, brighter, younger and more competent staff. These people at this practice on windemere street in Ballarat bring a new meaning to the word "slow".

Bish is an amazing Doctor. Very professional and thorough. She spotted pre cancerous things that I couldn't even see!
