Rainwise Pools, Tanks & Pumps Melbourne

We just had a pool built by Rainwise. What a great experience, from entering the shop beginning of December, right until our pool handover late January. Fast turnaround, perfect communication throughout. Rob (the boss), was always just a phonecall away, ready to answer any questions we had, and there were many lol. Then Phil who gave us thorough handover, all with such friendly attitude. We can't fault this company in any way and we will be recommending them to all our friends. Thank you Rainwise pools, we are so happy with our pool and forever greatful. T&T.

Phil, Shane and the Rainwise team were fantastic. We had a few changes to the plan during the install and they were very accomodating. They have always been a pleasure to deal with even when we have had some stressful moments ourselves!

Rainwise completed my pool in Mernda and we couldn’t be happier. Phil was excellent and Rainwise did everything exactly as they said they would. From signing a contract to the pool being completed was only 10 weeks. They completed the works and didn’t leave a mess, they ensured my neighbours were not disturbed. Highly recommend and would definitely use Rainwise again if I built another pool.

TLDR: An incredible experience. Every single interaction has exceeded any notion of what good customer service is.

Background:
After much deliberation, I settled on Rainwise. The pre sales discussion was transparent, straightforward and very unlike a standard "sales pitch".

Troy made multiple site visits and followed up with me very regularly as I was undecided on taking the plunge, pardon the pun.

Not only was he attentive to my needs, he went above and beyond in helping me think through what I would need to achieve a suitable landscaping project after the pool is done.

Pre build:
After the initial deposit, I was surprised how quickly Rainwise got things moving. Molly kept sending me updates and "Cheat-sheets" regarding processes, timelines and made sure I was aware when the permits were in place.

I never had to "follow-up" or "chase-up" anything. It was truly a hands off approach, especially with me being very nervous as a pool newbie. This process was incredibly organized and highly professional.

Building process:
The pool installation took exactly 8 days to complete. The entirety of the backyard was solid rock. The boys (Christian, Rory, Chris, Mohammed, Daryl?) were incredible. Sorry if I missed any names. I was fortunate enough to witness the entire build and they kept me informed by walking me thru their thought process. Christian is a master at his craft and I learned a great deal watching him work. The boys had incredible pride in their profession and are excellent ambassadors to their branding.

Apart from being very meticulous, they were also very neat. They say building a pool wrecks your backyard, but the boys left it cleaner than the start of the project. I never had to pick anything up or faff over the temporary fencing installation.

Handover:
Both Troy and Phil helped me a tonne in making sure that a pool newbie like myself was well equipped to care for my pool. I called the office so many times the first two weeks I was sure they would be upset, but I was reassured multiple times that they are there to help.

My pool tiling had just been completed and fencing is underway, both of which Rainwise helped organize on my behalf. To this day, I am still getting site visits from Troy and Phil to ensure that I am well and truly happy with my pool, even though the handover is already finished.

Once again, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for the both the amazing pool as well as the exceptional service. I had so much fun these past several weeks and I look forward to keeping in touch with Rainwise in the forseeable future to keep my pool running well.

One of the most disappointing experiences, dealing with Rainwise. Unprofessional in many aspects. Lost money and time because of wrong advice by people who are meant to be the professionals in the field. Not recommended.

I ordered a pool through the team at Rainwise. Due to a change on circumstances, we had to cancel the order. The team returned my deposit. Very impressed with the service. If we ever decide on a pool again, will certainly go with them. 10/10.

I had a problem with my pool pump suction line. I phoned and spoke to Gino after following his advice within 5 mins the problem was solved. Excellent customer service and professional level product knowledge. Well done Rainwise!

When I decided a few months ago I wanted a pool for summer I literally called every pool company in Victoria. I chose Rainwise because they are the best so trust me and don’t settle for second best. Their knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness is off the charts. They made sure installing my own pool was as easy as can be, with support every step of the way, their detailed DIY guide and advice was what ensured I had my pool project completed successfully in 3 months. Rainwise have been fantastic! Shane was great in our preliminary discussions and assisted us with the best pool that would suit our space. When we were ready to go, the team advised us of dates of when each stage would be completed and they were always on time and kept to the dates provided. Rainwise were easy to deal with and we loved that they were local and we were contributing to a local owned business. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pool!

Professional, friendly and reliable. Needed pumps and filter replaced, and from the moment I reached out through an email inquiry Gino and the staff at Rainwise were great to deal with. Took the time to come out and thoroughly inspect the set up, and then recommend pumps relevant to the size of the pool and set up. Provided a great price along with great service. Happily recommend.

Had a 50k litre pool that was in awful condition, Frank helped me go from absolutely zero pool knowledge to clear and swimmable in less than two days, while being price conscious.

Rang at 8.30am and had a new pump installed at 10am. There might of been a little luck and good timing in that but I could not dispute the professionalism and performance of Gino and Frank at Rainwise. Very highly recommend these guys and will definitely be the first I’ll go to if I need anything else regarding the pool. Thanks again

What a joke. Rang them and described my problem and they asked me to send an email with photos, and they would respond. I did so. A week later I had not heard anything. So I emailed again and got a response saying they would call within the hour. I got no call. So! They clearly do not want the work. That’s OK. There are plenty of other pool shops. Avoid this mob they are hopeless.

Great service and care from the entire team at Rainwise. Recently had a heat pump installed. Installation was ahead of schedule (thank you Gino) and Chris took everything onsite in stride with installation. Beyond happy!
