Needed a rusted box gutter replaced. Darren was helpful with the quote, no roof raising/replacement like others wanted. Noel came out completed job in a day, friendly, and I'm very happy with outcome.

On Cranbourne road, one of their workers, no indicator, cut me off almost clipped my front quarter merging into my lane. Then drifted off in a right hand turning lane, no idicactor again, then Captain Turkey gives me the finger.
Great professional business, judging from the professional image this worker provides.

and did not prepare the tile surfaces very well did not remove all the moss and organic material on the tile edges, now I have moss growing on a white roof also was left 40 ltr of top coat and 20 ltr of undercoat and politely told " I'd be able to finish it" invoice no 17337

Five star quote and customer service from Darren and Sam. We are complete newbies to construction and called them for advice regarding the state of our roof. Sam was great over the phone, Darren promptly came out to assess our property, showed up on time and gave information on everything we needed and then some. Thankfully for us no major work was needed, but we know who to hire if that ever changes. They even referred us to subcontractors to help with minor work. We thoroughly appreciate their expert advice, time and kind words.

I had Rainshield replace our part of our roof a few months ago. They did a good job. It was a difficult job where they needed to re-frame our roof and replace most of our guttering and down pipes. They also had to instal three rain heads to the front of the house - it wasn't something I wanted because I was worried it would ruin the look of the house (a period home). They did a really good job installing them and making it look as good as possible. I dealt with Noel and Simon, and they were both very knowledgable and explained things in detail, as were the Sam and Debbie in the office.

I was really pleased with the way everything went with Rainshield Roofing. They came and did a restoration on my parents tiled roof home. They were very professional and the workers they sent out were great.

The job involved two intersecting skillion roofs of shallow pitch, and of course a valley (which leaked).
The job was problematic but the work was done to a high professional standard.
The quote was fair and competitive, and the Company was a pleasure to deal with.

The work Rainshield Roofing completed really transformed our home. Their plumbers were very polite, accommodating and easy to deal with. They carefully planned our job to ensure that our home was protected from the elements all the way through the process. They even left us with enough materials to re-clad the doghouse to match the roof!

I can't thank Rainshield Roofing enough! I had a tree fall on my roof while I was on holiday overseas. To make matters worse I had sold my house and it was 3 weeks prior to settlement. I called their office and a building supervisor Steve called me back within 30 minutes and visited my property within 3 hours. A full damage report was done which included photos of damage and a comprehensive quote which was received by my insurance company within 48 hours of the tree falling. I was worried the work would not be done before settlement but they prioritized my job because of the circumstance and It was done 9 days prior to settlement.

These guys are seriously professional, they kept in communication with me the whole time via text and email, they had full access to my house while we were away and are 100% Trust worthy. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Very happy with the work Rainshield Roofing did on a big job on my mother's house in Templestowe. The job required a large scaffold. The guys were professional and personable and they took a lot of care with safety aspects and daily post-work clean up. Their practical advice on high capacity gutters, extraction fans, fascia cover types and other technical aspects really assisted us with our choices and ultimately gave us a great looking and functional roof. Will recommend to others.

My recent experience with Rainshield Roofing took longer than I had hoped. I found the office staff helpful but the roofers and clean-up workers less so. The clean-up took weeks and most days the mess along the side of the house wasn’t even roughly swept up. The roof and gutters were scratched during the clean-up and screws were not replaced in the roof when scaffolding was taken away.
I also had an issue with rubbish left in the roof space and was told it was there prior to the work. I was fortunate enough to have had a roofing report done just prior with photos proving this was not the case. I hope my experience is not a common one. I have been advised the workers on my address were contractors and steps have been taken to stop this occurring in the future.

I started looking for someone to redo my roof in the 2 weeks leading up to Christmas. In spite of how close this was to the end of the year, Rainshield replied in the same day and scheduled a inspection and quote for the next weekend.

Though they started a week later than originally planned (mostly due to the heatwave at the time!), I was kept well informed throughout with regular phone calls to update me on the ETA for when the work would start. Once work commenced, I was contacted once or twice during to ensure I was satisfied with how things were going, and to see if I had any concerns or queries.

Their employees have all been friendly and professional, and have kept the construction debris well contained. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience, and pleased with the workmanship they have provided. I would definitely recommend them for other jobs.

Rainshield has done a great job on our fascia covers, gutters, gutter covers and roof.

Our timber fascia was rotting at the corners and our old roof was in need of repairs. We chose Rainshield after an extensive process of comparing 3 roofing companies given it was a major job. Rainshield (Steve) was the only one to identify that our present gutters was inadequate for the roof size, and gave good advice about the roof work without being alarming (which is quite common in this trade).

Everyone (Steve, Darren, Noel, Debbie, Dave, and the rest of the team) was easy to deal with during the job, and when it was discovered our original fascia board was too tall, they fixed it without much fuss or charging us for it.

We're really happy with the result and would happily recommend to others.

I am very happy with the Rainshield restoration of our roof, the quality of workmanship and the colour is fabulous. Their price was mid to high range compared with other quotes but we wanted a good quality job and we did get that.

The disappointing part of our experience was the work took 14 days to complete when we had been told prior it would be 3-4 days or up to 10 days if the weather was bad. The delays were due to continually stopping work on our roof to attend to other jobs. I was informed this was for their productivity. This of course wasn't mentioned when they provided a time estimate prior to starting the roof. Some days no one turned up even when the weather was good and we weren't kept informed.

In the clean up of their equipment they splashed the roof paint over my new fence but it wasn't cleaned up and I needed to repaint a large section of it.

The safety railings are still up on our roof four weeks later, despite numerous assurances they would be removed.

I would recommend the quality of their work but would suggest getting some guarantees on their timings.

I have been given Rainshield roofing based on a recomendation from a friend of mine who manages lots of properties as i had a leak in a skylight and the roof needed restoration being a 25 year old house.
I am in the process next of painting and needed the work by rain sheild roofing done and i found their service and resolving customer issues excellent. The roof looks fantastic after the wash and all going well no leaks as two skylights were replaced plus a bed and point.
I thereby recommend this company and found Nathan and Noel to be very courteous.

We had the standard 3 companies come to quote our roof restoration job, and Rainshield was somewhere in the middle. The reason we chose them over the cheaper comapny was their clear dedication to quality and customer service. It was important for me as a layman to know that I was paying for quality, and not going to be taken advantage of by paying way too much for something I had no idea about. The website clearly goes through the steps involved in a roof restoration, and why Rainshield Roofing are the company to choose with regard to their processes, this put me at ease. They don't cut corners, and you get what you pay for. Fairly priced, excellent quality with a team that are dedicated to delivering the best outcome for the client.

The whole team was a pleasure to deal with & kept me updated via e-mail with photos and explanations of all steps of the project.
