Worst nail salon EVER, they did my pedicure awfully and I told the lady who was doing it several time to fix it or get someone else to do and she kept ruining it over and over again.she didn’t speak English at all as most of them don’t.horrible job not happy with it at all.
They always have great service and lovely staff. I've always been happy with my SNS nails and would recommend!

Honestly I can see by the photos why the rating is so low, but for me personally I’ve only ever gone here for pedicures with shellac and have never ever had an issue! If anything, this will be replacing my usual nail salon as that one never last, the shellac always chips or breaks. However at this salon, I swear the shellac lasts until I feel I’m ready for another pedicure! The ladies give the best massages too, it’s so therapeutic and relaxing ️

My partner and I went for a pedicure and I got shellac on my toes. It was really relaxing and the staff were so gentle and caring. They have a great colour selection and I can’t wait to go back for my hands.
Sorry to add to these negative reviews, but these lady's need to do a course in customer service, luckily l did not get my nails done today went else where, where they actually speak nicely and engadge in conversation, lady's you will have no business without customers learn and grow
The rudest lady boss i have ever met, stuck up little thing and no manners what so ever.
Avoid like a plague, we will never ever come to this little hole again.

Terrible, rude not the best service… nails all cracked after day two with sns.
They don’t care when asked why it cracks however I gave them a second try still same cracked sns.
Very rude very unprofessional. Sat there for 1/2 an hour with hands in acetone a lady then came did half the nails then walked off and another lady came to do them, they were terrible! Nails were uneven bubbles in them and cracks all in them after 1 day! Do not recommend unfortunately. Cost me $60!
I would like to thank Helen for always doing the best job ever! She is so fantastic. Everyone here does a great job I highly recommend this place.
Very rude customer service, when they asked if i liked the nail design on one finger before continuing them all, the staff member became angry quickly and started lecturing me about how i am wasting her time.she also told me i would have to pay extra charge for requesting her to try do it in a different way as it did not look like what i wanted or what she explained.was very rushed and kept accepting customers when there was only two workers.
The lady that looked after me today was extremely thorough and I walked away feeling very pampered and absolutely loving my mani and pedi. She didn't try to upsell me or talk me into getting my nails done differently, she just did what I asked and she did an amazing job if it.
I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, because I'd love to give her a shout out - but she's an older lady with coppery/blonde hair, and she is amazing.
Rip off! My daughter had what was meant to be shellac but it was ordinary nail polish. Went back to complain and got cold response from the staff asking if my 10 year old was picking on her nails! They offered to fix it on the spot but due to time restraints I requested to go back the next day or another day and they said NO. Poor customer service.industry swarmed in the area and I will not return nor recommend it to anyone.
Been here 3 times already, very good quality and excellent customer service, once I came out of the shop not very happy but it was my fault because I didn't let them know earlier, I went back the day after I ve explained the issue and they helped me without any complaints really happy with service and customer service highly recommended
They are very much rushed to finish just to sacrifice quality, even when they are not busy. Not organized.
Force you to pay by cash (so they can avoid tax), but they haven't put any signs that they only accept cash. I had to cash out from atm which I got charged extra for.

They are just trying to fit in everyone that comes in, so unfortunately they are always overloaded and can’t commit to quality. That might be the case with every nail salon in the country though, so I am not upset about that. But since there aren’t many nail salons around anyway I kept ignoring the little things that they always stuffed up. I had enough when I spent $80 on my nails and got back to realise that the shape and length of my nails was significantly uneven. I can live with it but this time I wanted to point it out to the owner. I called her to tell her about my experience and asked her for a number where I could send the pictures since I couldn’t come in. She refused to give me any other number where I could send my pictures, which is absolutely fine and I get it. But then she asked me to come in and show her but since I was traveling to brizze I told her that won’t be possible. Listening to this she said I can’t do anything if you can’t come in. I restated my intention by telling her that I just wanted to point out my experience and I don’t have the time to get it fixed but I hope you understand I wasn’t happy about it. Far from being apologetic, she said I can’t do anything about it. If you can’t come in you can’t come in. Lol.
Had a bit of a Karen come in right before I walked in complaining about her “bad” experience to the manager. Girls if you don’t like your nails or what they’ve done with them, tell them on the spot so they can fix it! They can’t refund you because you didn’t say anything during the time that they can fix your issue! And don’t be rude to the girls, they’re fantastic and just want to see you happy with your nails! Awesome service and I’ve never had a bad experience in this salon. Would highly recommend it as it is more chill than the plenty valley one (way less busy so a bit more relaxing) and they offer eftpos (with slight surcharge).
I Got my nails done here for the first time About a month ago and my nails are all still on and still look amazing all the workers are professional and nice definitely recommend coming here!
