Rainbow Nails

Pretty average. No real attempt to get the soles of my feet smooth or to make the experience enjoyable. No lotion. Very little communication, left to sit there for 15-20 minutes at the end without any explanation about how long the polish would need to dry or if a second coat would be applied. The place is truly quite dirty-there was no where clean to put my bag and coat down and I felt worried that my pants were going to be stained from the dirty seat.

I have been here many times over the last 8 years and had the worst experience. My nails were left soaking for more than half an hour despite my asking the young man is this right? As a result I have had to cut all my nails off! They were ruined. If you value your nails NEVER go this salon.

The chairs were comfy and the selection of nail polish was great.

The whole process was rough and wasn’t really a relaxing deluxe pedicure that we paid for.

Staff were okay, a bit bored.

I used to come here a lot. I came today- first one in the salon and could tell the service has changed a lot. The soles of my feet were not cleaned well and I was left to sit around while she tended to another customer. I was the last one done with my pedicure. No apologies- nothing. It was so disappointing. Lack of respect for a customers time. Never coming here again lol.

Did my acrylic at this salon and the work is shockingly terrible! Less than 6 hours and the edges have lifted. Contacted them but not no reply from them. It’s so disappointing! I get mine refill every two weeks, it’s only been a day and it def look way worse than before I got them done!

First time went here because my birthday that would like to treat myself. But I showed the color and style to the lady, she seems understand what I said. But when she did my nail that not the way I want. So I had to keep to explain the style and color I want to her. She didn't happy at all and not patient at all. And I choose the color that she said I couldn't use it, had to choose other color. First thought I think maybe because of different brand. But turn out its same brand of nail color just different color. I don't understand what I can't use the color I choose. Anyway here don't have good customer service and not accept by card.

Terrible experience. The lady gave me a small cut on my finger and dint even apologised. Will never visit this place again.

Terrible service. Had shellac 2 days ago and its already bubbling and chipping. After filing nails and all, lady didn't even ask me to wash the residue off. She painted straight on. Terrible. Probably the worst job ever done. First and last time I ever go here. Steer clear.

I was hesitant to test out this place due to the negative reviews but I'm very glad I gave it a go. Really enjoyed my first shellac manicure which lasted 3 weeks before any signs of chipping (despite me gardening every weekend). I went back again for another shellac manicure and still a happy customer.

I have been going to this salon for about a year for shellac manicures and occasional pedicures. I am happy with the result most of the time although I did have one or two disappointing manicures. I think considering the low price, it is good overall and keep going there.

I am regular customer for 3 years now. Beautiful manicure and pedicure. Very good job. My nails lasts more than a month. They never broke. Once one nail broke and they fixed it again for free. Also very good prices for all services. I ve been to other places and took me more money for worse job than this. I enjoy going to that place for nails. Always perfect

Went in to have sns change asked if I wanted cut short I said no, trim to length of little finger nail which was a reasonable length, she trimmed that one and I said I asked the others to be that length and it should have stayed the length it was, she then cut the others all too short then laughed at me when I was upset and said there was no point in colour because I now have stubs where I had quite nice nails, no apology at all just laughed at me. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst experience ever.the lady was in such a rush to finish and my nails were done poorly. Also got asked in the middle of my manicure that it’s time to pay, cash only.is this even legal

The last two times I’ve had sns I’ve had them snap and crack literally the day after. They do not apply them thickly enough making them so brittle. Also had the top layer chip off completely straight afterwards.
Many other high quality places for same price.

Can be hit or miss! However I've been a regular for more than 5 years.so for me it's mostly a hit:)

I went for a manicure shellac and the lady who looked after me didn’t even touch the cuticles. She was such in a hurry that even the shellac was applied poorly. But you pay for what you get right? You want good treatment this is not the place to get it. Pay extra money to get what you deserve. I learned my lesson.

I was skeptical of coming here because of how bad some of the previous reviews are, but I was desperate to get my nails done yesterday and it was the only salon nearby open late. I just needed my shellac soaking off and reapplied, and honestly she’s done a fabulous job. The lady doing my nails was super helpful with me trying to pick my colour (I’m very indecisive and it gets a bit annoying) and my nails are immaculate. 100% recommend.

The worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had. Definitely do not recommend coming here. A four year old could have done a better job.

Went and got my nails done here Wednesday (the 29th) and it is now the Friday and I have had 4 already snap completely off. The service I had was quick but the people working there were very rude and were being nasty about another customer in the store. I do not reccomend this place to anybody. You will not be satisfied.

I tried numerous salons when I moved to the area a few years ago. Since finding Rainbow Nails I have never been elsewhere. I have probably been 30+ times now and recommend it to my friends. They are very reasonably priced and my shellac always grows out before any signs of chipping.
