This is our go-to butcher every week. The staff remember us, and Tim and Fiona are very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. They know what we like and help us make selections for our family. The meat is next level and is always fresh and good cuts. Their home made meatballs are our favourites - especially the chicken and the beef ribs. Everything is high quality and well priced. I've been looking for a food butcher for a while now and got some sausages and chicken skewers for a bbq and they were the highlight of the night. The spicy italian sausages and spicy texan were incredible such a good amount of heat with no compromise on flavour.

Best butcher ever! I've been coming to my favourite butcher for more than 5 years and would not have come to Highpoint to do my shopping if not for Rainbow Meats. Danny and Fiona have built a great and professional team around them.
They are quality meats and I love to order meat bones as they are well cleaned. The marinated meats like skewers and drummettes and the prize winning sausages are my family's favourite. Absolutely recommend them with both thumbs up!

We regularly shop at rainbowmeats highpoint and are always happy with their genuine and recommendation customer service they give. We recently tried their beef brisket for our slow cooked pulled beef meal and was excellent for a family nacho meal.

Good quality meats priced reasonably and good specials on offer. Clean and meats that always cook well. Staff are courteous and pleasant and always aware of their products offered. Bought some sausages that were recommended by the staff which were highly complimented by the guests they were served to. Danny and staff are always willing to provide advice and recommendations based on what you require the meats for. Highly recommended. ALWAYS BUY WHEN IN HIGHPOINT!

I am heavily pregnant and was told by the shop assistant to pick up someone else’s trash on the floor. Very inconsiderate and rude.

I was appalled at the behavior of the butcher today. He stopped halfway through serving me to handball me off to another staff member. When totaling up the bill, she noticed a mistake. The butcher had entered the wrong item code. When she tried to clarify, she was abused by the butcher. Being told to use her brain amongst other things. Disappointed to see women still being bullied in the workplace.

Very helpful and willing. Products are better value than supermarket. Not always cheaper (although a number are for same thing) but when you pay more you are getting extra quality. Overall we have switched all our meat purchases to this place. Plus they are just nice people.

We go here all the time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are decently priced. I would recommend their burger patties.

Also tried some of the sausages, I particularly like the jalapeno and cheese sausage.

Simply put: charging premium prices for excessive bones and fat. My experiences particularly pertain to the Frenched lamb cutlets, wherin, the cut left inordinate bone on the ribs, with sinews and fat adding worthless weight to already excessive prices. The poor cutting of the meat left so much backbone that none of my kitchen knives could make it through, meaning I had to resort to simply cutting the meat off the bone. Certainly I would strongly recommend finding another butcher.

Whoever prepared the chicken wingettes yesterday did a shocking job. Bruised, shards of bones in many because weren’t cleanly chopped and heaps of feathers.

This butcher has great meat and wonderful large variety!

Most of the meat i have bought from here have been good, however i have had some items where were not.

1: Purchased American pork spare ribs. I put them in the fridge overnight and they went rancid. I paid full price for an item which has seen better days.

2: Some of their pork has boar taint (urine smell) which comes from male pigs. They should only sell female pork as this does not give off an odour or off putting taste.

3: Their sausage mince contains ALOT of MSG and can destroy your sausage rolls if you are not mixing any other minced meat or veggies with it.

4: Their lamb can be bordering on being mutton sometimes, due to it's very gamey odour, taste and texture.

5: Staff have always been friendly and great customer service

Grear quality and great service (can be cheaper) but I was looking for pork spare ribs (on the bone) I'm getting pork belly.
