Now this is how a pharmacy should operate. Real care from a small group of people, who aren’t working for a big franchise but a small pharmacy who really care. Offer great advice and aren’t in a rush to get you out the door, no matter how many people are waiting. All the staff are great. Highly recommended.

Been coming to this pharmacy for a number of years now as I live locally. The team of pharmasists are great to deal with and are quite knowledged in their products and medications. It always helps to have a cutie behind the counter to deal with when not feeling the best after a doctors appointment or feeling crook. I've been coming here for about four years now. The staff here always go beyond the standard customer service expentancy. It's such a beautiful little community here, they're so friendly, helpful with whatever you need, and great prices. Honestly my go-to when I need something for myself or any of my three young children. Highly recommended

I visited this establishment recently upon mixed reviews from some old friends that we were still in university doing our masters so decided to check things out in person

First impression when stepping through the door, place was dirty like nobody sweeps or vacuums ever, layers of dust on what must be old stock which never gets replenished

Second impression, the staff were either reading their phones or chatting together so nobody approached me and said the complementary good morning can I help

Third impression, noticed what looked like mouse or rat droppings around the men's health section, so decided to leave and of course no goodbye from staff

Last impression, noticed some junkies starting to loiter outside and saw a empty syringe packet on the floor, no actual syringe in sight but just the packet like the ones u see all the time around st kilda where the girls work

Conclusion: don't come here with your family or wife, don't come at night and don't come if you don't know basic self defence just incase

I have been a repeat customer of Rainbow Pharmacy since it opened. The exceptional service and very competitive pricing are big bonuses but what means the most to me is the relationship built with both Daniel and Peter.

They are transparent, honest, caring and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have the best care and outcome. Even though I have moved further away from them, the positives of going to them far outweighs the hassles or extra travel time.

The staff here are fantastic. They are all very easy to get along with and make you feel very comfortable. They help accommodate all my requests.

If I could give 100 stars i would exeptional service and prices always very helpfull and polite and I would recommend this chemist above the other bigger stores.
Its ashame that they are being scammed and received appalling comments none of which are true. The store is above and beyond clean and the staff are more than caring and helpfull
