Would not trust them with lambs wool rug, it was just dusty when I asked them to clean it and it was all matted when I picked it up. Expensive and would not refund after damaging rug.

Terrible service.made my expensive clothes faded colour too much and look cheap now.threw out those clothes, also complained to owner only to be yelled back at.owner is rude.
