Best Travel agency in Australia.we've being using their service over the past 14 Years, and I can't recommend the Team of Mariam enough, honest generous and very helpful and will stay connected with client for the whole journey.

I recently used the services of Rahal Travel to book a flight to overseas. It is the worst travel agency in the history that lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, lack of trust in it customers.
I paid them in full and send them the receipt and was expecting to get my ticket. For more than 4 hours calling them and texting them to get my ticket but no action was made. It was only mailed to me after my 3 hours argument with them. Due to this unprofessional conduct, I had to cancel my ticket and ask them to refund my money in full. Al Raha, however, promised to charge me a 250 cancellations fees. After that I received an email from them saying that they will charge me a 150 cancellation fees. I advised them that I will file a complaint against them.

Even the direct booking online with Qatar airlines’s apps was cheaper than their price. What a rubbish customer service. To all Iraqis, please be careful of this rubbish travel agency.

A terrible holiday was organised for my parents by Marian with no knowledge, care or organisation skills. It was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime which was cut short due to the disappointment experienced. The accommodation was terrible, the planning was terrible and if you aren't experienced in such an area you should not be offering recommendations. Would never recommend anyone to this agency. A holiday never to be forgotten for all the wrong reasons.

A few years ago, it was easy to contact the manager Mariam and discuss your query. But 2 weeks ago, I've tried to talk to her over the phone, called they asked to leave her number, and she would call me back. But, she didn't, called again, useless always they say she is busy, you know what does that mean!

Hello everyone I would like to talk about my experience with rahal travel, I just wanna say I am not impressed with the customer service I have experienced. Mariam the manager of rahal travel does not answer the phone when I try to contact her and when she does answer she is so rude, I am currently stuck overseas trying to go home early and she said I can’t help you with anything and ends the call, honestly never booking my flights with her again rudest customer service ever. I don’t recommend booking your flight with rahal travel.

I recently used the services of Rahal Travel to book a flight to the Middle East. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The travel consultant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she was able to find me a great deal. She also took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was happy with my booking. I would definitely recommend using Rahal Travel to anyone who is looking to book a flight.

This travel agency has very bad service. My partner’s flight was rescheduled and the business manager, Maryam didn’t contact him or even bother herself to send him an email to let him know of these changes. She doesn’t answer or respond to phone calls and charged him an extra $2k for a new flight. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to us. We are never going back again and I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

I DO NOT recommend this travel agency as it has very bad customer service and TWICE i have booked with them and had my flight cancelled and was forced to book again with no compensation for my losses. The manager Mariam Toma has very bad attitude and doesn't do her job very well. I definitely won't be booking through this travel agency again after giving them a second chance and receiving the same results. HORRIBLE agency!

Very bad customer service. No response from maryam after calling and texting more than multiple times to try and organise an appointment or give me a chance to ask a few questions about regarding air fares. She called me once but I was at work so when I dial back I did not get a response from her.
Thankfully, I managed to organise my trip through someone else more reliable

Rahal travel have best service and we couldn’t be any happier. Our trip to Maldives was so smooth and we are very grateful.

Unfortunately I will not be taking travel from here because of the bad service maryam has provided me. I have wasted so much money that wan not ment to be gone like this and it was the worst and tiring travel I have ever had because of the wrong information that she has provided me.

Very bad time organiser my husband hade to spend to much money on the hotel. Also didn’t tell us that We can choose the seat.this is my first time travelling my expectation was different then what happened to me. Will never book with Rahal travel and they lost 7 persons of my family as customers.

Maryam was extremely helpful! Any questions we had were answered very quickly via email or phone call. Not my first time using Rahal travel and definitely NOT my last!
