Ian was so kind in accomodating us after our tent flooded. He was generous in allowing the 4 of us to stay in a twin room. He was very attentive and flexible and helpful.

Great value for money. Clean and appliances (aircon, toaster, microwave, water kettle, tv) available to use. With lots of Parking. Will visit again. Small room but spacious enough for 2 beds. Toilet & bath inside. Room was clean. Wifi doesnt reach on room 8. Too bad data reception either. I hope you install a wifi extender.

We stayed at this motel for 2 nights (10 - 12 June 2023) during the long weekend. This is a clean tidy comfortable motel and a nice place to stay in Warnambool. Located not too far from the city centre, there are restaurants, fast food outlets (kfc, hungry jacks, pizza shops) and service centres etc nearby. Famous attractions like the Whale watching platform and historic Hopkins river bridge etc are also not too far from this motel. There are some nice fishing spots nearby too, for a bit of relaxing pass time. The host/manager (Ian) is a really nice bloke with an unique sense of humour

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf unserer Route von Melbourne über die Great Ocean Route. Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz und alles ist sehr ordentlich. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Zimmer. Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ian was a top bloke he is the definition of a great Motor Inn owner. He gave me Sungold milk to make coffee and recommended my missus and I a good place to visit around the corner. His sense of humour is spot on. If any of you don't know where to stay around Warrnambool swing past and pay Ian a visit he will look after you. Thanks heaps Wes Ray White Blackburn.

Great motel! Going on looks you Wouldn't expect the best. But I must say well presented & comfortable bed & the rooms spacious. Owners really nice people.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Shower with shower curtain over the floor. Broken toilet, which they wouldn’t get fixed. Room dirty. Carpet filthy. After breaking down they swapped us rooms but didn’t replenish toilet paper or milk until we asked. Didnt even redo the beds like most places. Asked for a full refund was told No.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Big 0 rating from a family of four.

The service was absolutely perfect and staff very friendly.
The motel was of an old fashion style, but for us the service wad the most important matter over all other things.

Lovely, spacious, and clean rooms. Very friendly owner/manager. Decently secured parking too (off the street).

Great value for money, got a Queen room for less then $90 a night through booking.com

The rooms were very clean, air conditioning worked perfectly and the bathroom had ple Ty of toiletries.

The decor had definitely been updated, and the rooms benefited from having a modern clean look.

The usual tea and coffee facilities for breakfast.

All up extremely delighted, had a great time

Stayed from 18-20 Nov. The room was comfy and the owner was very friendly. Would come back again.

Pop in and introduce yourself to the owners Ian and Sally Haebich, and cleaner Kerry which will make you feel welcome on arrival. Good size rooms which offer internet, tv, kitchen needs as microwave, refrigerator and kettle.
Once you experience a night, you won't need to seek elsewhere, you will find yourself returning in the future.

The customer service was amazing. The room was clean & very comfortable.

Best motel I've stayed in around warrnambool, friendly service. The owners are fantastic they go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are spotless, and finally a comfortable motel bed where you actually get a good nights sleep. Even though its on the highway no noise entera your room. I was very happy and would recommend to EVERYONE

Nice sized room handy location, clean and tidy, very nice people in charge who kindly lent us their phone to order food.

The owner's greeting was warm and friendly, nothing too much trouble, the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Lovely hot shower and decent TV reception on a flat screen television and free Austar and wifi if needed. Overall a very enjoyable experience, highly recommended.
