We didn't eat here so can'tcomment on the food. Just wanted a quiet drink to escape the cold around 7.30 pm on a Friday night.
We were initially directed to the bar area, but it was too noisy for our liking, and there were clearly intoxicated men hanging around the door. My friend wanted to leave, but we tried the restaurant area again and found a free booth. So we eventually did get to enjoy a chat over a glass of wine which was our intention all along.
These types of places are generally noisy and busy, especially this time of night.

One of the best meals i have ever had as a cook flavor of the southen fry chicken waffles a good idear would be a seasonal sauce and keeping on the mune

Cozy location, food and drink must be ordered at the counter, but that doesn't detract from the experience.
All employees are friendly. Waiting time is moderate despite being almost full.

Enjoy the time being here every time, the bar is good and has a select menu.

Saturday live band was good

Good place to meet if you have kids. Kids were fighting in the playground and got it shut down when we were there though. But entertaining I guess.

Great place, menu had so many options, deserts were excellent. I had the 12 hour Smoked Brisket, many choice for beer. Plenty of staff all organised, great system with the buzzer.
Had a fancy specials list too, picture of menu is 1/4 of what is on offer.

I don't mind paying a premium price for good quality but when you order a stir-fry that is that strong in soy sauce that it makes you feel ill to the point you cannot finish it, honestly disappointed and now will most likely not come back

Menu says Gluten Free, but then chefs say we cant do it GF
Spoke to assistant managerJared, I asked why does it say GF if you cant do it, his response " I dont know im not in the kitchen"

Great pub for a feed. Have eaten here a few times. Great for groups and awesome play area for the kids. Do yourself a favour and try the steak sandwich!

Have never had a great experience here. My friend got the stir fry one time and there was a piece of plastic in it. But the worst experience I had here was at a friends birthday out in the marquee. My friend and I ordered our food around the same time as everyone else but we were waiting a while. Someone came over and asked if we were waiting, we said yes and he said he would check on it. A while later we called another waiter and asked her to check on our food. After waiting even longer we called the same waiter over again. She said she had forgotten to check. She comes over a bit later and says that the kitchen is closed now so we will not receive our meals. Then begins walking away without offering a refund! After pointing this out to her she says “go to the bistro to sort it out”. Just appalling, the bistro said the manager was on break so we would have to wait. Eventually she comes over to sort out the situation. I must say she handled it well and gave us a refund. She also offered to get us our meals but we declined as our friends were about to leave and we couldn’t justify waiting again. In the end it was about an hour and half we waited to not even get food at the end. To make the night worse my friend burned her hair on one of the large heaters outside. It was a real safety hazard. Really disappointing service here, do better guys.

Great for the kids (they have a big playground area with bouncey castles) and decent enough meals.

Great value for money. I got the 700g Rump Steak, it was well cooked but the star of the show was that garlic butter.

Food was great especially the sausage rolls. Yummy. Staff very friendly and greeted you with a smile.

5 stars is only the beginning. Kids play area is amazing. Food was delicious. My order of duck was left off my large order. (I wasn't charged)
When we were asked "is that all" after we collected our second last meal, we said we were missing the duck. This is where a dining venue can epically fail, or excel. The gentleman running front of house on Easter Tuesday, showed what customer service is! He immediately told the kitchen to start the duck. Then we had a small discussion. We worked out out I wasn't charged. I paid. Duck was brought out to the take. Not rushed. Cooked perfect! Amazing place. Highly recommend

We decided to order takeaway from Raffertys and wow this food was amazing. My partner ordered the 700g rump with chips (medium rare) and myself lamb shank with mash and veg. We are blown away of how big these meals were and to pick it up from the bottle O was awesome.

The steak wasn't tough it was succulent and cooked perfect. The lamb shank was top notch, great portions and i love how the sauce comes in their own containers to pour on your own. The veggies were so tasty and soft and the mash was so buttery and perfect.

Hands down to the chef for making our last night in Warrnambool perfect. We would definitely be recommending others to come and eat here or even takeaway. Thank you

Really great amount of vegan options, clearly marked in menu by own plant-based section. We tried the vegan schnitzel Parma, the vegan fettuccine carbonara and the vegan chicken burger and loved all three of them. The fries were also outstanding good, could have just eaten fries to be honest.recommend:)

Beautiful meal, not too expensive we had senior meals & sweets were free plenty on the plate. Would recommend it highly.

Nice, clean family bistro with so many option of food and drink to choose from. Friendly staff. Kids play room is good size.

Amazing food and service from the team really appreciated the extra mile that kyal went to make sure our service was not only outstanding but exceptionally kind and well mannered, he went above beyond, you are a very special human thanks for doing what you do
