Had a wonderful experience at Raffaele Ciuca. Was nervous on arrival, however the environment and team made us feel welcome and enjoy every moment. Specifically, Ellen was extremely kind, geniune and able to help us with all oru questions and requests.

My experience at Raffaele Ciuca was relaxed. Pina (my consultant) was very friendly and made us all feel welcome and comfortable.

My experience has been an absolute DREAM. I was looked after by Aldo who helped guide me through many gowns to find the right one. His experience in the industry meant that he knew what to pair with my gown; accessories, veil style - the lot, particularly because I came in with no idea what I wanted!

The communication was great whilst my dress was being made overseas' and when it arrived. And my pick up and 'trying on' experience just warmed my heart. I can't wait to wear this dress and I owe the beauty that I will be to Aldo & Raffaele Cuica.

I had the most amazing experience with Billy! She made the whole experience incredible - she truly listened, made me feel so comfortable and was so accomodating…an absolute angel! She knew her stuff and had amazing service. The size ranges to try on were also really helpful (not all boutiques have had bigger sizes to try)

What an incredible experience! After walking in and feeling very overwhelmed in my first wedding dress shop, the staff were incredible! Very professional service. We were taken into a private room, sat down and asked a number of important questions, before being encouraged to all pick a dress each. The staff (Francesca) also picked a dress for me to try. Francesca did such an amazing job of helping me to see the styles that suited my body shape. Each time I knew there was something I like or something I didn't, Francesca immediately knew the reason and after explaining her observations, it made complete sense! So professional, so so glad I went here for my first shop, and actually bought the first dress I tried on! Thank you so much to Francesca, but all the staff for making the experience very enjoyable and professional. Would highly recommend everyone starts their wedding dress search here!

My experience at Raffaele Ciuca was phenomenal, it was the first and only bridal store I went to because the service and the quality of dresses was impeccable. Aldo was an amazing stylist, he understood my vision and took it to the next level with his experience and eye to detail. Aldo not only listened to my vision but he elevated it to be perfection. I couldn’t recommend a bridal store or a stylist more, the whole experience was incredible.

Francesca from Raffaele Ciuca in Brunswick made my whole experience with dress shopping a lot easier. She was so professional and knew exactly what would be best for me, I knew nothing about dresses and she made me feel so confident in choosing my dream dress! Couldn’t be more happier with the service I received from the moment I walked into this store.

Do not go here. My fiancé was scammed. The sales woman got her to pay $2200 with her EFTPOS machine, BEFORE printing and presenting her with a completely unfair and illegal contract and pressuring her to sign it. The contract basically states that you can not get your money back no matter what. They said the dress will take a maximum of 6 months on this contract - but then told us later it will now take longer than that. They have refused to give any money back whatsoever for a cancellation and we have walked away paying $2200 with nothing to show. Very dirty sales tactics and all they care about is taking your money.

We had an appointment booked, not expecting anything not sure even what we are looking for. There amazing staff Francesca was absolutely phenomenal, walked us through every step her style and experience was amazing couldn’t rate enough. We said yes to dress! Thank you Francesca for your expertise and professionalism!

I had a wonderful experience on Saturday from the moment I walked in. The whole staff made the process of choosing a wedding dress completely fun and stress free. I was made to feel beautiful and special which is what every bride wants to feel like. I would highly recommend Raffaele Ciuca to my friends and family.

I had the most amazing experience at the Brunswick location with Mandy. From the moment I walked in, Mandy made me feel special and calmed all my nerves. She asked questions and got to know me and my wedding details, and made an effort to get to know my family and friends that came along too. Mandy was able to pick out dresses that matched my vision and body type perfectly, and helped me find my perfect wedding dress. Throughout the entire process Mandy’s care felt genuine and it is clear that she loves what she does. She was also able to recommend the best accompanying bridal colours to pair with my dress, which I would have been lost without. She went above and beyond in every aspect.

It wasn’t just Mandy that made the experience, everyone that I came across throughout my appointment was so positive and helpful. Aldo made me feel special as I came out in different dresses.

After hearing such wonderful things, I was really disappointed with the overall service. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes for the stylist who was running behind with another client (which is fine, but it was apparent she was just strutting around). Eventually the receptionist assisted me, she was kind but did not know the dresses well. The stylist eventually finished up and did still did not come over. I had emailed in advance with a list of dresses I was excited about trying on, none of these were prepared or organised. Upon leaving, a man and another worker were at the counter - neither acknowledged me still. Please review customer treatment as a team.

As a first time bride I felt the whole experience was very rushed. From the moment we entered to the moment we left it was all rushed. One of the worst experiences I've had trying on bridal dresses.
