Chase answered the ad I placed almost immediately, ironed out everything I was asking for and was even able to do the job the NEXT DAY after finalising everything after 10: 30pm.

Chase is amazing! Knows his stuff, uses the highest grade products, explains what is required and why and discusses it first unlike so many others in the business (awesome sense of humour as well!).
I have very old, worn, stained carpet (rental property) and it was in pretty bad shape when I moved in 5 years ago.and also some areas that had pet stains/odour.
The carpet looks a thousand times better and almost all of the stains are gone (never expected them all to be removed as some have been there in excess of 5yr).
The areas that were treated for pet stains/odour are 100% clean and fresh with no smell remaining.
Will definitely continue to use Chase for any future services that he offers.

Our laundry was flooded and water damage in 2 rooms. Chase came out immediately and was fantastic from the get go. I called at 8pm on the second night because I didn't realise the water damage got to a 3rd room, and he came round again with out hesitation. Great guy and amazing work. Appreciate his efforts.
