Purchased a ride on car (atv) from the boys. They spent the time helping me choose the right one for my family. They went above and beyond to put it in my vehicle, show me how to run it and even built it for me in the shop. Highly recommend this hobby shop to those in the North & West Melbourne. Their knowledge is on point!

I would highly recommend this business to others! The staff are very friendly, excellent customer service and highly knowledgeable. This is a businesses that is willing to go over and beyond for their customers. They have a large range of stock to suit everyone! Must visit!

The boys at radical really know their stuff about ATVS, ride ons and RC cars.

The guys know what they're on about here. Open from 10am-5 on weekdays and 10-3 on Saturday. Very helpful and knowledgeable

They fixed something on my car free of charge when I had a specific screw missing out of my steering on my arrma. Exceptional service and will be back.

Opening hours are whenever they feel like it. Wasted so much time sitting in their carpark. Its a pity because they have good stock & know their stuff. Just hopeless at opening up on time. Not good enough.

People giving this place 5 stars.i watched as my friends car fell apart while being run in no one touching it, when he returned it he was told that it never happens there to strong, are u kidding, they spent $1,700 got 2 cars 1 good 1 faulty and he would not refund or give another car until he looked it over and still they wanted to spend more money but i stoppef them.

Very rude and arrogant old man behind the counter ignores customers.
Not helpful at all and very expensive.
I wanted to by a part and he wouldn't even bother to look at my car to see what i needed and when i asked if he had the part he was not interested and walked away.
I can't believe how this shop is in business still with this type of customer service.

What really can be said about this place. Every time I give these guys a chance to sell me some stuff. Their either closed early or are so disinterested in me when I walk in not even a hello. I have to ask for service. Do yourself a favour take a drive to box hill and go see vas at metro hobbies. That's what I ended up doing.

I had my car elsewhere with people who told me they could sort my needs.total bs, Peter had all the issues I had (and new ones created by amateurs) and more fixed nice n quickly. I brought my RC to the shop my back end was missing 2 thin short peices of metal and a few screws but the older owner was not focusing on me kept answering the phone during talking to me he was rude and Siad he will have to look into it and sent me off he hasn't got back 2 me In a week which is bizarre when all he needed was a little metal rod ×2 and about 5 screws that should only be around 40 dollars for an hour of Labor my mate has told me he brought his car in and he charged him 80 dollars for that 2 hours he left his car in the corner not just the 40 dollars for the hour the actually worked on it. The owner told me the little prices could cost more than the 350 i paid for the car
