Radiant Clean

Have been accused of stealing and extreme over charging while providing no work. Vulnerable people need honest support yet this is far from what I have heard they receive

I was recommended this place from a friend. Only to have the worst experience imaginable. I’d give 0 if I could

Utterly unprofessional. Multiple times, I told them to delete my email and number from their subscription list but they would never do that.

I’ve messaged this person to stop texting me at least 6 times over the last year and they won’t do it. Utterly disgusting spam. Have some respect

Well I gave an enormous task on a property to get an exit clean and mould removal. The before and after was exceptional. I highly recommend this company. Friendly service and the most plight full worker I have come across (Supervisor). 100 percent from me.

I got a spring clean and am very happy the cleaners done a good job and the office girls are very professional

Fellas, I spoke to Mia, worst experience very frustrating to deal with her, stay away from this business.

Avoid this dodgy company at all costs.
We booked a clean for an elderly persons modest 3 bedroom home.
The agreed amount was $660 for 10 hours.
After waiting 45 minutes for the cleaners to arrive the man with the Turban advised me that the new price was $1800 plus GST!
They then left & have kept the $300 booking fee without doing anything.
Absolutely horrible experience.
They are all obviously in the business of deceiving people & ripping them off.
DO NOT USE Radiant cleaning.

I am extremely happy with using the service from Radian Clean. I booked a gardener. Dee arranged George for me and he was fantastic. Thanks Dee for sending him. Will definitely use their service again in the future.

Brilliant spring clean with Radiant Clean. Unlike most cleaning companies I have tried - they were reliable, punctual, friendly, professional and very high quality. A touch more expensive than other options, but completely worth it for the high quality and lack of hassle.
(Other companies have been highly highly unreliable, with frequent cancellations/rebookings etc, Radiant was perfect)

These guys are absolutely amazing and fantastic service they provide I have used them the last couple of years and haven't had any issues with them I 10/10 recommend them

This is the 2nd time I've used Radiant Clean and they don't disappoint. They come on time and do a great job. I'm happy to use their services again in the future.

Booked for 10am. Failed to show. No one answering the phone to speak to. Unprofessional and highly unreliable. Would go somewhere else unless you have the time for being promised a service and then not have it delivered.

Wasn't happy with the price charged (over charged) for the cleaning done which wasn't perfect. Attention to detail was terrible and as a result will not be using them ever again.

5 Stars? Too good to be true!
I worked for them as a contractor a few years ago. In order to work with them, you have to pay $550 deposit (in case you cause any damage to their client) but then I did NOT pay that back to me when I stop working with them to be back to my uni. My friend and friend of her had the same issues.

For training, they did in their home office by making us to clean their own room, oven, kitchen, windows.

Cleaners have to buy their own cleaning equipment, chemicals, petrol, use their own car and do their own travelling, but cleaners just receive about 40% of client's fee while Radian cleaning took about 60% by just find jobs and allocate for cleaners. So sometimes cleaners end up with a very low rate. Sometimes, if clients complain and decide not pay, Radiant Cleaning wont pay cleaners. Therefore, it is all understandable if the quality is poor.
