16Yep, the phone network (seems centralised, not direct to branch) is a hassle but once you are in contact the assistance and support is first rate. 5 stars for the in-person care given during my appointment last week, first rate from start to finish.

Both were absolutely fantastic.
I waited 35 minutes on hold with no one to answer. Peoples time is valuable, and this is such poor service. Others have said the same thing, someone said they waited an hour on hold, an no call back either when they wanted one. Seems like a ghost town. Is this place not attended at reception? So unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Had a really great experience bringing my 2 year old here for an ultrasound. Michael was friendly and made her feel at ease.
Excellent service at Greensborough. Very impressed. Had to have hip xrayed in Feb 2021.
Robyn was very respectful and made me feel at ease. Did not even have to disrobe.
Next I had an ultrasound performed by Angie. She was equally respectful and gentle. Very professional work from both women.
It has been a frustrating and time consuming process in attempting to get an appointment for my husband, after a number of hours wating on phone, then leaving my number to which no one called back. I then went back to G. P who faxed my referral to I MED. Still no response 3 days later. My husband valled service again on Monday, after waiting on phone for hour, finally his call was answered. Used this service before when it was run by another service, always received prompt service. I MED radiology is a tangled network, shows that big global networks don't work so well.
I have tried to get through to Greensborough for 2 days now. I've left my number for a call back yesterday which never happened so I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now. They were much better when it was MIA. If it wasn't so convenient I would go somewhere else. Finally got through made an appointment and found that they don't Bulk Bill for my Doctor.
Service was very good. Staff were more than helpful before and after procedure. Recommended highly.

They have 6 parking in Front. 4 of them are closed. Off Road parking is almost never available. IMed charges 100%. Needs to fulfil basic responsibility of a decent parking. Your clients come to you because they are unwell.make them comfortable by offering decent parking.
The lovely staff managed to squeeze in my partner for an emergency ultrasound yesterday - much appreciated. Outstanding service. Thank you very much.
The lady who did my ultrasound was so great. She made me feel much better about myself and dealt with my anxiety so kindly. She put me at ease. The ladies at reception were also super nice and gave great customer service. It can be so important when you are worried about something.
Parking is inadequate on site but there is plenty of parking nearby. Friendly staff, minimal wait time on the day. Happy with the level of service.
Not going back here. Reception lady was nice but other staff are little to be desired, generally disinterested and rude. MIA needs to do better by cleaning this place up of the current staff attitudes, a couple of mystery clients i think would be helpful to highlight the staff who have attitude issues. I'm going to have to book my other appointment elsewhere now.
Although we were running 15 minutes late the receptionist helped us to do my DD ultrasound on the same day and her attitude was really professional and ethical.apparently the sonographer had gotten out of his bed from the wrong side. He just performed the imaging on my 6 month old baby in such hurry and he was so harsh and frustrating that my little one cried for the whole time.
By just finishing the ultrasound he rushed to the office and I heard him making jokes and laughing with colleagues.
And I just wonder what his role is there!
Such a terrible customer service!
I will never visit this place again and if I see the same sonographer elsewhere I will surely step out!: (
You don’t like being a sonographer, change your job! You might be a good (ladies) entertainer.
