Absolute rip off. Didn't even introduce himself. He told me it would be a $150 call out fee and $100 for his hour labor to actually not even fix the machine. Then billed us $195 call out fee and $125 labor plus gst and a fuse for$2. Total bill $354 for absolutely nothing. Dont know how this person sleeps at night
